Missing refund after months

I have returned my order which arrived back in their warehouse in May. After 2 MONTHS I have still not received my refund back. The customer service team is not answering to my mails. I cannot recommend placing an order with this brand. This is just bizarre.

Auf gar keinen Fall hier bestellen

Auf gar keinen Fall hier bestellen! Das eine Paket kommt seit 10 Tagen gar nicht an und es meldet sich keiner und das zweite würde ich gerne zurückschicken aber man meldet sich nicht wegen eines Etikettes bei mir. Habe jeweils bei Klarna ein Problem gemeldet. Absolute Abzocke hier!!

Having returned 2 dresses and tracking…

Having returned 2 dresses and tracking the return, I know the company have received it. I have emailed to ask that my refund be processed and no response. I am also waiting on an order I placed 3 weeks ago. I would never order from this company again.

Achtung vor falsche Internetseiten

Achtung vor falsche Internetseiten! Ich habe leider über eine Fake Internetseite bestellt (walglondon.com) die genauso aussieht wie die von WalG. Die Ware kam nie an. Dank Paypal bekam ich mein Geld wieder. Ich habe dann die gleiche Kleider bei Zalando gefunden. Meine Tochter und ich sind mit unsere Kleider sehr zufrieden. Die sind aus bequemen hochwertigen Jerseystoff. Der Schnitt passt sehr gut. Für nicht Mal 60€ pro Kleid bin ich total begeistert. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder bei WalG kaufen, nur diesmal auf die richtige Internetseite 😅

Do not buy from this website.

I order product and need return it. Company make me pay extra money for shipping back. After return is received, I wait more than 14 days and still no refund. Very frustrating.

I send many emails asking where is my money, but nobody answer. Customer service seem not exist. No reply, no help, no update.

In the end I open case with PayPal. Luckily PayPal return my money and resolve dispute in my favour. From what I was told during the dispute process, PayPal had concerns about this company and took action on my case. Without PayPal help I think I never get my refund.

I really wish I had seen all the bad reviews earlier before placing my order. It would have saved me a lot of time, stress, and money.

Very bad experience from beginning to end. Be careful before buying from this company. I hope other people do not make same mistake like me.

Haven't heard anything since my return request

I ordered a jumpsuit, the jumpsuit itself was fine but it did not fit me. So I submitted a return request on may the 17th. As today the second of June I didn’t heard anything from them. I’m sending emails and I’m trying to get in contact with them but with no luck.

They scammed me

They scammed me! The dress never arrived actually. I payed extra for fast delivery. 3 weeks after I followed up and they just ghosted me. Then the tracking number stopped existing. DONT BUY
