Walcot House Recensioni

The contents inside the box were just as I imagined. Perfect colour match which was made easier with the samples I ordered first. The quality of the curtain hold backs were top notch. You get what you pay for!

Great company to deal with.
They sorted my damaged delivery out quickly and effectively . Nothing was too much trouble. I was able to add extra items to my replacement order which was great. The curtain poles looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone .. that wants a little bit extra….
Thank you Walcot House

Alice at Walcot house was so help full and polite

Really pleased with the product finish! Lots of choices and easy to navigate.

Prompt response to my order and goods delivered ahead of time Very good !👍

I contacted Walcott unsure of what components I required and the customer service I received was second to none. I was guided on how to measure and they shared a comprehensive document with me on what was needed and spent time explaining to me on the phone. Wonderful service and beautiful product.

Alice is simply the best!

Easy website helped us to choose a beautiful brushed bronze curtain pole and fittings. Alice spotted however, that we had made a mistake in our order and rang us to clarify. She was very knowledgeable and was able to advise us on better fittings to suit our needs. Communication throughout the order has been excellent. Would highly recommend Walcot House.

Recieved samples of covering for curtain poles - although must admit they sre really small - not really big enough to see the impact .came within a few days though .
We have also ordered separately samples of the poles - still waiting - been a week .

A wonderful company with styles that are 'that little bit different and unique'. Fabulous service, and very prompt delivery. All you could ask for a smooth transition to a beautiful home.

I've used this company for many years and highly recommend their products.
First class delivery service - even to the Highlands!

Good quality product.

Lovely product, great quality and good customer service when I needed help. Very happy thank you.

I have dealt with Walcot House for probably 20 to 25years. They have always gone the extra mile to help. Their products are of very high quality in a marketplace of plentiful sub standard options.

Great products and friendly yet professional service. I'll definitely use them again!

Really lovely company/ people to work with.

I was very unsure how to measure up and fit my type of windows with poles but Alice helped me out so much and pulled everything I needed together.

And the poles are excellent quality. Now just need to fit them all…

Thank you :)
