I visited wake2o for skateboard guidance, and their expertise was impressive, paired with a welcoming demeanor. Plus, their air fresheners have a fantastic scent! I highly endorse them!

Fantastic customer service, was able to update stock levels after an enquiry and provided loads of help choosing a board via the online chat. Really pleased with the board and service was great!

I needed a very stable and sturdy beginners SUP for river and flat/slight sea and didn't want to wait for the 2021 stock being dropped mid May the earliest. Luckily Ian had a lovely JP Australia board left from last season. Delivery was quick and communication was good when new courier had to be arranged for collection as the first one was a no show. Great service, highly recommended.

Absolutely love the inflatable Jobe SUP I have just bought! Solid as a rock in the surf! I cannot believe how stable it is and now I don't have to transport that big lump I used to have around with me.

Worth every penny! Wish I had done this ages ago!

I bought a paddle board from here, for Christmas and found Ian the store manager nothing but helpful. He help myself choose the correct type and size of board. Defo be back for more stuff.

Ian from Wake2o provided me great and helpful advice when my son requested a stunt scooter for Christmas. Ian suggested a few different types , answered many questions and then he helped us narrow it down . In the end we purchased an MGP stunt scooter from Wake2o. We think it will be perfect for my son. Ian took great care to ensure correct size and type for my son’s age. We were very happy with the way Ian helped and dealt with us. Will definitely shop there again .

Iv been using wake2o for a while now and I’m so happy with all equipment for surfing that Iv purchased. Ian really knows what he’s talking about and Iv only had good advice from him. I would highly recommend using wake2o

I’ve used Wake2o on three different occasions and every occasion has been a pleasure. I’m relatively new to paddle boarding and was only interested after a friend invited me along. The staff at Wake2o were genuinely helpful and I was impressed with the advice given! The quality of the gear supplied looks to be high end and I’ve tried finding it on other websites but Wake2o is the cheapest! I’ve visited the shop in Shrewsbury where a young girl was extremely helpful and went out of her way to sort out an item that wasn’t in stock in my size (I’m quite tall) - When I went back to pick it up the owner was there who was very friendly and even gave me a free air freshener.

Will definitely use again - in fact, I’m going back in the new year for something.

I was sent two Jobe inflatable SUP’s by Wake2O which were purchased over a phone call on Ian Langley’s suggestion. The £2,100.00 deal was sweet until the items arrived with defective valves. The boards had arrived separately, the first had no valve fitted at all (it was loose, just rattling about in the bottom of the box), the second arrived two weeks later with the valve leaking so badly that the board would fully deflate within hours from the recommended 20psi. Ian Langley’s solution, “Register the boards with Jobe, they’ll fix ‘em”. Errr no, you sold them to me YOU are responsible. Obviously, I also considered the valve failures so DANGEROUS that I notified the UK Trading Standards and I, quite reasonably asked Langley to sort the problem. Not so much as an offer of a compromise, not so much as a courtesy response after a claimed a refund via PayPal... his chosen payment method. To my chagrin, I now discover that PayPal do not ‘recognise’ Distance Selling or Buyer Remorse and it was for me to prove that the Boards were defective. For heavens sake, the valves have fallen out, the UK Trading Standards can see that, I can see that, even Jobe said they would refund (but they haven’t) but Langley chose to decline. PayPal refused my refund as they say a third party report from a Spanish Jobe Dealer is for some reason ‘unacceptable’ and that Langley had claimed to have arranged the Boards return. S’Funny that, he didn’t try that hard, he said he would but he didn't and Trading Standards still have them.
Unfortunately I can not recommend Wake2O and this matter will now be forced to run to Court Proceedings, so totally unnecessary too. What happened to a reasonable man, there is a resolve to this problem out there somewhere, I even suggested I return the items personally to his Shop to collect my payment. I also said in writing that I would propose a compromise and pay for the pumps, paddles and extras at retail price so that I may use them for my next purchases.......... but nothing.
