Have ordered with this company a few times over the last six months and they have always provided great products, at a good price and arrived within timeframe. But what has stood out to me in the last week is the exceptional customer service I received from Sharon. I placed an order thinking I would be at home to accept it but had a last minute travel change. I emailed W-Wellness on Monday asking if they could expedite my shipping, thinking that there probably wasn’t any hope but giving it a try. Sharon answered my email the next morning and had it shipped out to me next day delivery within the hour. Received my parcel next day in time for trip. Really excellent service from this company. Will definitely be shopping with them over other companies.

Fantastic one stop shop
I have found W-wellness a great one stop shop for my health and wellbeing needs.
I spoke to one of their nutritionists Maz who was so friendly and knowledgable and really helped me to understand which would be the most beneficial products to me.
I have purchased a few products from the site but most recently Altrient which I saw some positive results from within a matter of weeks.
Would highly recommend speaking to one of their experts to offer you advice in a sometimes overwhelming industry.

Excellent Online Retailer
I have ordered a good few times now from W-Wellness and they have been faultless. Items always arrive on time, well packaged and arrive with decent expiry dates (unlike some other online retailers I have experienced!).
Their customer service is excellent. I recently had an incident where there was some confusion about a particular 3 for 2 offer, they sent me a third item regardless even though the offer had expired! And it was not a cheap item.
I would recommend anyone to check out their website as they have some pretty unique items and often have exceptionally good offers, and when they do, their prices are cheaper than you will find pretty much anywhere else.
Highly recommended.

Awful customer service. I ordered an item from this company, on a subscription. I quickly realized it was significantly cheaper elsewhere, and so cancelled the order four minutes after making it. This was at 10pm on a Sunday evening. I followed up with an email a minute later, confirming that I wanted to cancel the order and asking for confirmation this had happened and I would not be charged. The next day, I received an email confirming this, and yet several hours later - got an email saying an item had been dispatched. When I contacted the company to say this had been dispatched in error, I was told that it had been processed and dispatched before I had cancelled it. So, within four minutes on a Sunday night. Despite the fact I was told I wouldn't be charged, and that I'd got an email saying the order wasn't dispatched until midday the following day. I was told I was then liable for the charge of returning the item "because it had already been processed and dispatched", despite me cancelling the order over twelve hours before it was dispatched. It took a good ten emails going forward and back with their customer service team, before they eventually agreed to cover the cost of the return. When I emailed a week after the courier confirmed it had been returned to them, I was told they were still carrying out "a quality check on the item" (which was returned sealed). Ten days after the courier confirmed it had been returned to them, I finally got a refund. Stay W-Well Well clear.
