They say they are varifocals and then offer 15% compensation as long as you pay return costs, restocking costs, and wait up to 3 months to return your money. KEEP CLEAR. At present after 20 odd emails, I am working with PayPal to resolve.

I ordrred some self adjusting glasses..turns out they were just overexpensive reading glasses ..they dont even work for my husband who wears reading glasses. Mine are prescription.they would not refund my money because I opened the box and tried them on. I am now filing a dispute thrpugh my credit card for $88.00 (2 pairs)

A long time has elapsed since I made my order. The tracking info from an unnamed courier company has been stuck on 20.01.26 since the beginning.
When I write I just get stock replies with no action.
I have been asking for a refund for a couple of weeks now, but they are not responding to my emails - not even the stock answers.

Ordered multi focal glasses, with a promise of no hassle refunds. Received a cheaply made pair of reading glasses for $49. Attempted refund, only a run around from company. Do not deal with this company, or any company on Facebook!

They sell junk and yet make it impossible to get a refund, although they promise one. The glasses they sell you can buy at the dollar store for 3.00. I was swindled out of 49.00. These are the fake glasses they say you can see far and near with. Yes, I'm goofy for believing them. I'd give them a zero in every category

Buyer beware. The glasses are totally useless on every level. DON'T waste your money. The original shipping cost is not refunded, there is a 15% return handling fee added and customer pays for return shipping.

I ordered glasses they said you can use then near or far. There ad was misleading or down right lying. They are just regular reading glasses. Their return policy is so bad. Just because I tried a pair on they would not give me my full refund. Avoid this company...

Rated 1 as had to put something. Do not waste your money. It absolutely does nothing does not even moisturise your lips. £40 is a heafty price to pay for a falsely advertised product. Then get thi the company will not refund. Offering 10-20 percent back & you dont have to return produt. What does that tell you, they also will not accet opened products back. Excuse me, how are you supossed to know if it works if you dont open it and try, absolute rubbish.

I seen an ad for Ultra Restore Glasses and my sight at 68 is not as good as it used to be so thought I would buy a pair to have at home.When it came to payment I was having a problem with it going through was only £26.99 tried many times.Even outside app when I recieved an email from Vynzo it was spam they send out. The last item was for Ultra Restore Glasses needless to say I didn’t purchase they seem to be into a lot of things.Beware!

Falsely advertised product. Ingredients list does not match websites ingredient list. Contains no Retinol or caffeine or any of the other listed ingredients other than water. No mineral oils, no peptides like advertised.

No communications with the company whatsoever. When they showed a $5000 helicopter on Facebook and said it was on sale for $56 I wanted to know the dimensions of the helicopter. No one contacted me this place is a scam. Glad I did not send any money.

I placed order over 35 days ago, they gave me a false tracking number. I even had to pay 4.99 shipping insurance and you cannot speak with anyone, and when you email they just say it’s shipped. So I am out over 40.00
