Many thanks for taking the time to leave feedback Joe and we are sorry that you feel we kept your rebate longer than we should have done. From receiving the rebate from HMRC, completing (signing and returning) the necessary paperwork to release the funds to you and transferring across, this was only in our account for 3 working days.
