Vusistudios Recensioni

Time waste. I purchased from these guys nearly 7 weeks ago. Keep in mind their expected dispatch time is 3-5 weeks for the Vusi Dot. I contacted their support on email, got no response at all. I think they arent fulfilling the order so will be filing a chargeback shortly. Awful customer service.

Absolutely love my Dot emblem from Vusi Studios! The quality, finish, and overall experience have been exceptional. It’s a unique little upgrade that adds so much character to the car, especially with the custom animations. The attention to detail is impressive, and it’s clear that a lot of thought goes into the product.
The team has been great, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. If you’re looking to personalise your car and add something unique, I’d definitely recommend Vusi Studios. 10/10 experience! 🔥

As a 21-year-old who’s absolutely obsessed with cars and always looking for the next thing to add to my build, I decided to pick up a Vusi Blackout Plate, and honestly, I’m super impressed.

The product itself is 🔥. It looks clean, feels quality, and really changes the look of the car. But what impressed me even more was the customer service. While I was installing it, I accidentally cracked the screen 😭. I reached out to Vusi expecting I was probably going to have to pay for a replacement, but their team went ABOVE AND BEYOND and sent me a replacement completely free.

That honestly says a lot about a company. They actually care about their customers and stand behind their products instead of just taking your money and leaving you on your own. Their team was amazing throughout the whole process.

I’m definitely going to be ordering from Vusi again for my car and future builds. If you’re into cars and looking for quality products from a brand that actually cares about its customers, I 100% recommend Vusi.

10/10 product. 10/10 customer service. 🔥🚗

got the dot for my G87 m2 and im soooo happy with it ... i get asked about it all the time ... works great and the software is soo responsive in my phone with zero problems .... install is easy that it took me 10 minutes from start to finish

You can tell they take their time designing an engineering everything they sell not just dropship type of business here

Absolutely amazing communication and customer service. Product is also a lot better quality than I expected. Did take a bit to arrive but 100% worth it.

This Badge get all the looks, everyone is so intrigued by the badge “DOT” it’s crazy

Easy installation owners are always active in the discord to help the community overall just a great product and a great idea

well made
community is great
works great even with the beating from Yorkshire weather

I bought the Dot and Magic mount and the quality on both is insane down to the packaging. There was a bit of a wait for the dot but it’s well worth it! The app for the Dot is really user-friendly and smooth. I’ve had other magnetic mounts and the Magic Mount is 100% better quality, the carbon fiber is a nice touch too!

I ordered the DOT and it is awesome! very good customer service, quality is top notch and great product overall!

Excellent experience. Amazing product. Just buy one of these you won’t regreat it.

Amazing customer service and even better products. VUSI studios lives up to their product hype and quality. The DOT is the coolest product ive added to my car and the owner was willing to help with whatever questions i had. 10/10

Honestly, the Vusi Studios DOT is an absolute game changer. It works insanely well and holds up without any issues against brutal summer heat and regular car washes. The support team is also top-tier any time I hit them up with a question, they got back to me fast with actual answers instead of giving me the runaround. If you're thinking about picking one up, definitely pull the trigger.

The first batch went a bit rough though they were pretty quick to fix it. Once things were ironed out the second batch was sent and it's been perfect from there. Any questions I had were answered quickly and courteously as were any issues I had during setup. All in all awesome product and super happy with my Dot.

This is one of the coolest and most unique mods i got for my beamer. The product is extremely high quality & you can tell the people behind Vusi put really incredible work into it. The capabilities with the dot are essentially endless and you can customize the dot however you want. I've encountered absolutely 0 issues since i've pre-ordered my dot and it's been nothing but a smooth process and great communication to us as consumers from the company owners. Would entirely recommend ordering & trusting this company.

I just got the new Vusi Dot, it’s insane definitely the coolest mod for my BMW.

Product feels sturdy, quality is amazing and it looks way better in person.

I love all the new animations and stuff you can do, the possibilities are endless truly recommend it for anybody looking for a cool and simple mod for a BMW. Overall 10/10 the best mod ive purchase so far.

Honestly very seamless experience especially since I ordered off instagram. Support is very helpful and realistically the product is insane, sat there for 5 minutes looking at it. (I got the plate btw) I love it. I’d 100% recommend this for whatever you plan w it.

The best in the game with the best products and one of the best customer service I’ve seen from brands. 5 stars for the products as the quality can not be beat by drop shippers and 5 stars for customer service.

The best cover plate excellent quality; it handles sunlight brilliantly and provides perfect coverage when closed. Shipping is immediate. 100% recommended.

Avoid doing business with this shady company. Their product is fragile and prone to breakage during installation. No replacement if this happens. Zero help at all! $160 down the drain.
