After 6 months of trying to get my money back, I have given up.

They have essentially accused me of cheating their sportsbook and have constantly refused to pay me back the balance left in my account (winnings).

Please avoid this site if you have intentions of getting your money back. Withdrawal process when I was able to withdraw was a sham too.

Jedno wielkie złodziejstwo i oszustwo. Wypłata tam to graniczenie z cudem a jak już się wkoncu uda to oszukują i przeciągają tylko żeby nie wypłacić. Anulują wypłaty pod pretekstem że za mało pieniędzy było. Na czacie same matoly tylko regulamin umieją skopiować, na maile nie odpisują. Zero uczciwości. Najgorsze kasyno ze wszystkich

I initially opened a VulkanBet account in May 2024, played for a month, and experienced a disappointing RTP of around 10%. Frustrated, I decided to close my account and requested all my personal data be deleted. Their support team confirmed that the account had been successfully closed and deleted.

Fast forward to November 2024, I decided to give it another shot, thinking my old account was gone. I opened a new account, deposited €20, and somehow managed to win €600. However, when I tried to withdraw, I was immediately banned for "multiple accounts."

I contacted support and spent over an hour trying to explain my situation. Unfortunately, the support team seemed either incompetent or indifferent. After much back and forth, they finally admitted that I did not have two active accounts—just the deleted one and the new one. Despite this, they refused to lift the ban.

Following this frustrating interaction, I sent about 10 emails to both VulkanBet support and their casino regulator, emphasizing that I hadn’t broken any rules. After nearly two months of waiting, I finally got a response. Now, they’re asking me to go through an extensive verification process involving countless photos and documents.

I’m still in the process of this verification, so I can’t say how it will end. If they eventually unban me and allow the withdrawal, I’ll update this review. However, based on my experience so far, their handling of the situation has been nothing short of disappointing.

I just wanted to withdraw my 40€ and they blocked my account. Avoid this scam site...

First of all I would give 0 star , but it is not possible. Verification I have several rejected documents. Perfect document that are been accepted everywhere. All attempts of withdrawals are been cancelled. Last my bet over 37.5 and score 27-11 at the end been cancelled and now is loss. The chat gave no reason for that , the chat do not know why verification documents are not accepted. The best you can do is stay away!!!

Needed to read the reviews more before playing here. The withdraw and verification waiting time is just absurd, feels like there is only one person working at the casino.
Support told will finish everything within 2 working days, and it's was already past 40h+ and still no progress. Weeks later no change.
Also, if you request a withdraw, the funds still stay in account, so you basically can play and use bonus money, but that way you can gamble away the requested withdraw till they approve, its first time i see this in a casino.

So, after a weeks of waiting still did not get verified after sending a ton of documents, chat support still repeated bot-like responses, did not answer to e-mail. Gambled the money i had won and will not return here, one of worst experiences.

They claimed I made 2 accounts and deposited on both of them using the same device so they banned me. This is untrue which coincidentally at the time, I was winning A LOT. They refused to provide any proof and refused to let me withdraw my total balance let alone my deposit. These guys are scammers, as soon as you start winning they will lock your account. Withdraws take days sometimes even up to a week and during that time, they can just make an excuse to ban you to not let you withdraw your funds.

They are truly a company from wild west. They are trying to delay your withdrawal as much as possible. The company is owned by Ukrainian business man. If you have a bonus running, you might experience them restricting your account for you to be able to bet max. 1 euro in most of the live betting, making it hard to complete the bonus.

It's a scam , i play with bonus 1 week for terms and conditions then i deposited and i complete turnover after i will request for withdrawal but withdrawal failed and my ID blocked.

They scam all my withdraw money. They charged my money on the website when I setup withdrawal transaction but the fund never go back to my bank after a month waiting. They just asking to wait due to bank transfer process and they couldn't do anything. I'm not sure is there any banking transfer need a month to process
