Gear and communication.
The gym bag and shirt are both great quality and comfy pieces of gear. The bag has plenty of room for all your gym needs! The team was really easy to deal with aswell and all comms were clear with quick replies.

I'm extremely happy with this home gym setup! The equipment feels sturdy, well-built, and was straightforward to assemble. It has everything I need for a great workout without taking up too much space. The quality exceeded my expectations, and it's made working out at home much more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, it's an excellent value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to build a reliable home gym.

Plate loaded Functional trainer is great the measurements online provided a good template to map out my area.
Product is decent quality and reasonable priced.
Open and clear communication regarding delivery and purchasing.
As a shift worker in healthcare, its made it easy to work out based on my schedule and reduce the 'fear' of cancelling my gym membership and making a big purchase.

Highly recommend Vulcan
Dhil and the team were super accomodating with providing quotes and information for my home gym to help me land on the right setup. Once we did the equipment was ready for collection within 2 days, amazing.
The products are of the highest quality, wouldn’t notice and difference from large commercial gyms.

Poor quality & design
Absolute rubbish. If you’re a proper gym goer, spend the extra money & buy from a quality supplier like ATX.
I bought the adjustable bench with leg extension & preacher attachment.
So many things I don’t know where to start.
Building it, the adjustable seat was filled with rust. It still keeps coming out every time I use it.
The adjustable seat sits on an angle so if you want to do heavy incline exercises, you have to lift your legs up & over. It doesn’t angle out like a normal incline bench. You have to take the seat completely off to do heavy incline work & brace with your legs. Horrible design.
The adjustable seat also wobbles when you push heavy & fast. You kind of spring & bounce when you push. Feels very flimsy.
Preacher attachment has a rack to put the preacher bar. You can only use it when the preach pad is set in one position. Any other position, you can’t reach the bar & it becomes useless so you have to use the floor. Other brands have this feature where it actually works
Leg extension attachment. Tightened it as tight as it goes & it wobbles when in use. You can’t use it. I’ve told Vulcan fitness so many times & they keep telling me tighten the bolts all the way or they’ll investigate. I’ve sent them videos of this. It’s faulty. I’m waiting to get a new one sent out & it’s been weeks since I first told them about the fault
The actual bench it’s self isn’t level. You lay on it & you can feel how uneven it is. Chucked the spirit level on & it is ridiculously un level. Sent videos & now I’m being told that’s within the acceptable range…… I paid $900 for this. My bench should be level. Now I have to chock things under the feet just so I don’t get an injury from it being so uneven.
I could’ve sent it all back if I kept the original boxes but I’m stuck with this rubbish.
I’m beyond appalled at how crap this equipment is. I’m someone who’s been in the gym for over 20 years & competed at high levels in powerlifting, bodybuilding & strongman. Trust me when I tell you, spend that little bit extra & buy something better. This is rubbish

Justin, one of the owners of Vulcan here. I have provided a full refund for your order with no return required.
For context, when you first contacted us about the rust inside the seat adjustment tube and the stitching issue, we immediately acknowledged those issues and offered a partial refund, which you accepted as a fair resolution. We are investigating how these issues made it past our QC process.
As further concerns were raised, we investigated each one individually. Other concerns, including the bench angle, movement during use and levelness, were more difficult to substantiate, although we did provide a further partial refund.
We've sold hundreds of these benches since launch, and the issues described in your review are not something we've seen as a recurring trend.
That said, we want every customer to be 100% happy with their purchase. While we were unable to verify all of the concerns raised, we recognise that we could have been more proactive in working towards a resolution that suited you. We're reviewing how this matter was handled internally so we can continue improving our customer experience.
I have reached out to you personally to apologise for your experience with us. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. While we're disappointed we couldn't meet your expectations on this occasion, we'll use your feedback to improve both our products and the way we handle situations like this in the future.
Just a note on our 90 day love it or leave it policy, which is clearly noted on our website. A return requires the original packaging so products can be transported without damage back to us. Despite this, we have elected to provide a full refund in this instance without requiring a return.
