We are an Australian owned and operated small business that’s run by two best mates and fitness enthusiasts. Our goal is simple – to enable as many Australians as possible to access high quality home and commercial fitness equipment at an affordable price and achieve their fitness goals. Since starting the business in 2020, over 10 thousand Australians have entrusted us to do just that.
GENIUNE SERVICE | PERFORMANCE | AFFORDABILITY
GENIUNE SERVICE. As a small business, when you send us a message it will more often than not be answered by one of our owners, Dhil (+61 404 969 244) or Justin (+61 438 780 280). There is no BS calling of 1300 numbers and waiting on hold, simply send us a text or call us and we will be with you right away. PERFORMANCE. Our number 1 priority is to provide you with quality equipment that you will love to train with and will last a lifetime. From beginners just setting out on your training journey, to elite athletes pushing for that highest percentile, our range of equipment will allow you to beat your best Safety is a fundamental pillar of our business, and informs all our engineering and product development. The last thing you want is a flimsy bench giving way during your bench press, or a dodgy weld compromising the safety of your rack. We rigorously vet all our manufacturers and uphold strong QA procedures to ensure our products meet stringent safety standards. We also clearly set out maximum load limits for all our products on the product information page so you can feel comfortable loading up for that new PB! Our manufacturers also supply to some of the biggest and most reputable fitness equipment companies worldwide – so you can be assured that the build quality of our products is up there with the best. AFFORDABILITY. At VULCAN, we truly believe that our products represent the best value for money in the market. While there may be cheaper options available, when it comes to gym equipment, we are in the camp that cheap is almost always more expensive. While it might save you upfront to go with the cheapest equipment on the market, it will cost you more in the long run when you inevitably need to upgrade. Plus it will save you the worry of your equipment failing when going for that PB. We can offer these cheaper prices for several different reasons:90 Day Love It Or Leave It Policy
Risk Free 90 day love it or leave it return policy
We are so confident that you will love our products we offer a 90 love it or leave it policy. Try any of our products in your own home or facility for 3 months, and if you don't love it contact us to organise a return. Once we have received the items we will provide you with a full refund. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.
Our 90-day risk-free return policy does not apply to commercial rubber flooring. Due to the nature of flooring products (custom cuts, installation variables, and handling requirements), all sales of commercial rubber flooring are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Commercial Dumbbell Rack
Very happy with this dumbbell rack, it is constructed with very solid and thick steel and after loading it with a full set of hex dumbbells there is no wobble to it.
I have no doubt it will withstand the test of time.
The powder coating on it is very smooth with no scratches or imperfections and it really brings my home gym together, it’s very eye pleasing.

Leg curl/extension is not for short people
I purchased the VULCAN Leg Curl/ Leg Extension Machine - I’m 5’0 tall and can’t use this machine properly (my thighs hang well over the seat in order to reach the leg pads which hurts my knees). I thought with all the adjustments it would be ok but it’s not… I’d say it’s good for anyone taller than 5’3. My partner is 5’11 and it’s fine for him. Instructions were a nightmare, one A4 page of a diagram and lines but eventually I got it together by myself. Delivery was very fast and easy!

Risposta di VULCAN Fitness
Hi Elicia,
Thank you for sharing your feedback and for purchasing the VULCAN Leg Curl/Leg Extension Machine. We’re sorry to hear that the machine isn’t fitting your needs due to your height. We understand how important it is for fitness equipment to be comfortable and functional for users of all sizes.
We appreciate your patience with the assembly process, and we apologise if the instructions were not as clear as they should have been. Your input is valuable, and we'll be looking into ways to improve the user experience, especially in providing more detailed instructions.
Regarding the fit of the machine, we recommend adjusting the seat and leg pads as much as possible to find the most comfortable position. However, we understand that it may still not be ideal for your height. If there’s anything else we can do to assist you or if you’d like to discuss possible solutions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
We’re glad to hear that delivery was fast and easy, and we hope your partner is enjoying the machine. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, we’re here to help.
Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing VULCAN Fitness.

Best gym retailer in Australia in my 14 years of experience
Best in the business and it's not even close. I've had a home gym since 2010 and I've bought gear from about 10 gym equipment vendors in Australia over the years.
I gave Vulcan some feedback on the rack I purchased and they quickly rectified any issues I had and took my feedback seriously.
Their gear is also seriously high quality. As good as any retailer in Australia with much better pricing.
I cannot recommend Vulcan enough.

Great Equipment
Very happy with my decision to go with a local business. The equipment is excellent, great quality and very sturdy. It’s a good workout setting it up, but also very simple with a few spanners. Outstanding customer service too, very helpful answering questions about setup with prompt responses. Would definitely recommend this company for your gym setup needs.
