Booked for a couples package and had a really lovely time. Vanessa couldn’t do enough for us and the spa itself is lovely. Bijou but perfect with a lovely heated pool, excellent floating seats and a sauna. The massage was really relaxing and it all felt very personal. Would definitely go again.

What a wonderful experience we had a VSL last Saturday. My husband and I each had a 45 minute back and shoulder massage. It was the perfect start to our anniversary weekend. You r ally feel like you have a very personal experience there. It's cosy, relaxing and a 'home away from home' feel. Both therapists were really lovely and welcoming and Vanessa was there to greet us on arrival. Thankyou so much. We will definitely come back soon!

Another great experience at VSL. I have been coming to VSL since 2020 & would definitely recommend. On my recent visit I had waxing with Vanessa and she instantly put me at ease & was very professional. I then had a dermalogica power peel facial with Kasia. This is carried out in a heated bed with blankets - absolute bliss. I would highly recommend a course of these facials, my skin is so much improved.

What an amazing place from start to finish, my daughter and I were greeted by Vanessa with a warm welcome and we instantly felt comfortable. We were given drinks and a fruit platter whilst filling out the required forms. We both had a massage that I can honestly say was the best I have ever had, such a cosy treatment room with lovely aroma and relaxing music. Chelsea & Kasia you were both amazing and so professional felt totally relaxed.
We had the pool and sauna to ourselves and it was just so lovely being looked after while having quality time with my daughter.
We had lunch which was sandwiches and cakes which was absolutely delicious, lots of different choices and all just as yummy.
I have already booked to go back for a treatment and will definitely be recommending the Spa day to my friends and family. Can not wait to do it all again, thank you ladies for a fantastic day.

I’ve been to VSL a number of times for many different things from private spa days to waxing and I’ve loved every single thing… They are amazing! All the girls are so lovely and brilliant at everything they do. Yesterday I had a private spa evening and they went above and beyond as always! The massages were also fantastic. Firstly as soon as I walked In the salon I got a warm and welcoming vibe from all the girls.
Vanessa made me feel so so so comfortable during my intimate waxing and was so quick both things you really need want and need when having a treatment like this done !

Just what the doctor ordered! Super relaxing massage and a few hours by the pool. Vanessa and her team are great and we felt very looked after throughout.

Vanessa and team were welcoming from start to finish. Accommodating us at short notice, nothing was too much trouble and made us very comfortable. We had a 2 hour booking, which included Swedish massage, along with exclusive use of the pool and sauna. Everything was immaculate and a lovely personal touch with complimentary drinks and chocolates was relaxing by the pool. A picture postcard setting too. VSL was recommended to me from my friend as a good beauty salon, I read some reviews and thought they sounded professional and reviews were excellent, so I booked a facial and pedicure for myself and my daughter Emma for her birthday.
it was short notice but Vanessa was so accommodating and fitted us both in. The treatments were lovely and professionally done, I felt so relaxed after my therapist Kasia had finished. I Will definitely be using VSL again, my only decision is what treatment to have next !!
Just a further comment came home and told my friend she was looking for a spa break for a group of 9 ladies, she spoke to Vanessa and now have booked there spa day with lunch and looking forward to a beautiful day. Thank you Girls

Such a gem of a place! The loveliest welcome upon arrival, and the warmth continued throughout, friendly and yet discreet enough to let you enjoy the peace and tranquility. I had a wonderful massage as part of my visit, and relaxed in the sauna.
Undoubtedly my favourite part was sitting in little floating chairs and drifting across the delightfully warm pool. My friend and I had such a fantastic time, we truly didn’t want to leave.

Thank you Vanessa and your team for our private spa experience. First time at VSL for my husbands birthday treat and we felt spoilt and totally looked after. The massages were amazing and we enjoyed being able to relax afterwards by the pool. What a great way to slow down and take time out of busy life. Thank you! We’ll be back!

I visited VSL for the first time today. What a fantastic spa! Tucked away in Kingswood up the road from the main shops and really easy to find, the spa is a beautiful haven full of wonderful products and amazing therapists. I had Chelsea, a dermologica facial and deep tissue massage later and I left feeling wonderful. Chelsea was really professional and very good, I felt with some lovely samples of the products used in my facial. Have a look at their website. I loved it and will be back.
