Pickup happened actually before the time that we were told. Driver explained the process very clearly and then the collection and delivery of the bike was done very professionally.

Call center very polite as was the recovery driver. But the price of £110 to change a wheel is too expensive

Thank you for your review, we are glad that you had a good experience with the people you dealt with, however the price you was charged for your wheel changed was not quoted by us and does not go to us. The payment is quoted and charged by your insurer, which we have no control over, therefore the reason for your low rating is not our fault, but your review is always appreciated!
