Thanks eveyone for the reviews I almost fell vicitm
ITS DOGSHIT
ITS DOGSHIT. They steal thousands of dollars and hide away in an unknown country. Me and my company have been tracking them down for a long time for justice and they haven't been caught. I guess VPS stands for Vultures Preying on Suckers.
Shady company
They keep charging you for servers that are shut down. They are literally paying maybe $0.01/month to save the server image but charging you the full amount as if the server were up and running. Shady business ripping off their customers.
YOUR PRIVATE DATA IS NOT SAFE
If I could rate them zero I would.
I spent 3 years in PRISON because of these mofos. PLEASE I’m begging yall to stay away from them. They hand over your information and work CLOSELY with law enforcement.

Literal scammers under the illusion of a trustworthy VPS hosting company
I rented a VPS from vpsserver.com for nearly a year. Initially, I believed they were a reliable, professional, and trustworthy VPS hosting provider with years of experience in the industry. Unfortunately, my experience revealed a far different reality.
Pricing and Performance
The VPS plans on vpsserver.com are priced on the higher end compared to competitors. For my needs, which included running a computationally intensive REST API, I opted for a configuration with 8 GB RAM and 4 CPUs to ensure smooth operation. However, my experience was marred by persistent issues with their resource management policies.
When I started with lower-tier plans, I frequently received notifications about excessive CPU usage. On multiple occasions, vpsserver.com shut down my server due to prolonged CPU spikes, which was incredibly frustrating. It felt unjust to pay a premium price for resources I couldn’t fully utilize. Worse, if these spikes reoccurred shortly after a shutdown, they would lock my server entirely, forcing me to contact support to have it unlocked.
The support team typically responded within 24 hours, but their approach often felt like harassment. They continually pushed me to upgrade my plan under the guise that excessive CPU usage could impact other customers. During these lockouts, I was left completely disconnected, unable to even access my server. Despite requesting to be whitelisted from such shutdowns, they ignored my concerns and continued with these restrictive practices.
Support and Uptime
Apart from resource management issues, other problems included frequent downtimes and connectivity issues. Their support team, which often came across as arrogant, careless, and rude, sometimes took days to resolve such issues. Resolution typically required multiple follow-ups, especially when their website or hosting services encountered technical problems. This level of support is unacceptable for anyone relying on stable and consistent uptime for productive hosting.
For smaller projects or non-critical websites, vpsserver.com might suffice. However, there are far more reliable and cost-effective alternatives available, many of which offer competent live support.
The Final Straw
The situation worsened significantly toward the end of my subscription. Around November 23rd, my VPS became unreachable due to DNS resolving issues. A reboot resolved the problem, and I resumed operations. However, around December 1st, the same issue occurred, but this time, my server remained inaccessible via SSH.
Attempting to log into the hosting panel resulted in a "bad username or password" error, even though I used the correct credentials and had two-factor authentication enabled. Suspecting a potential account issue, I requested a password recovery email, but none arrived. I found myself locked out entirely, with no communication from vpsserver.com to explain what had gone wrong.
As a paying customer with a yearly plan (costing approximately €40 per month), this was unacceptable. My VPS was being used productively, and the unexpected downtime caused significant disruption. To make matters worse, I had several months of prepaid credit remaining, and my usage of the VPS had always adhered to their terms of service. I sent multiple emails to their support and billing departments to address the issue, but they completely ignored me.
Conclusion
At this point, I felt scammed. It appeared that vpsserver.com had deleted my hosting account without cause, confiscated my server data and database, and defrauded me of my prepaid hosting credits. Their refusal to communicate or offer a refund further cemented my negative opinion of their services. The website itself remained operational during this time, so it’s unlikely that a major outage caused these issues.
In summary, avoid vpsserver.com at all costs. Their service is unreliable, their support is unhelpful, and their business practices are questionable at best. My experience serves as a warning to anyone considering hosting with them.

Awful and even rude customer support in street style.
Instead of handling the client's lawful asks, they prefer to start claim you in many different suspicious actions with no reason for that absolutely. Not recommended at all.
Disgraceful
I had three servers with VPS Server and I always paid my bills on time. When one of my servers crashed it took them more than 24hrs, not to fix it but to even give me a response of what is going on. After more than 24hrs their reply was that the Server HDD crashed and they cannot retrieve it, leaving me with no solution and missing data. Their compensation? A mere $50.
Cannot trust them
"Cannot trust them. Once, the server completely stopped, and the program crashed. I contacted support to find out the reason, and they said the admin had shut down the server. When I asked the admin, there was no clear answer except accusing me unjustly of misusing the server. After that, I remained stuck with them because, as you know, I couldn't transfer all the data at once. You cannot trust them — they can shut down the server suddenly without any prior warning. Moreover, they suddenly increased the bill by about $5, and when asked why, they said it was a tax! They raise the price for any reason they come up with, even after an agreement. They are really awful."
Worst Provider - Scam
This is the worst provider out there. They will trick you to get their promotions but if you don't destroy your server within that promotion range, they will keep charging you for the server even not in used! Take this, they will disable all your user privileges to disable/destroy the server so if you can't pay the due, they can keep charging you for more money! STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASH!

A Scammy Business with Unethical Practices
Yes, I can verify it.. they are a legit scam.
I cancelled their services but they won't let me remove my billing information. Then there was a pop-up saying it'll take 15 days...
So I forgot. Fast forward a few months. They charged me again out of the blue.
I cancelled their services and talked to the support. They just said they won't refund. So i asked why did you charge me even though i cancelled my services. They said it was on the whole time. I insisted i cancelled it. Then they began sending me autmated responses.
I have 3 servers
I have 3 servers, I got -20$ when payment for servers occurred, so servers got slowed down and I can’t access them via putty. I topped up the balance and rebooted servers, but one of them still running on very slow speed. I pressed rebuild on dashboard and it never got rebuilt. I contacted support on that matter, it’s 3 days and server haven’t been rebuilt so far. And since I can’t access dashboard for that server I can’t delete it and I have to pay for it. Which means I have to top up the balance for other 2 working servers and for them to work and also have to pay for the third one which isn’t working, because when the balance goes negative ALL servers stop working. Keep away from VPSServer.com it’s a scam
