I purchased a VPS virtual server from VPS.TC
I purchased a VPS virtual server from VPS.TC on January 31st for approximately 80 TL. Under normal circumstances, my service was supposed to remain active until February 28th. However, both my server and my account on the system were completely terminated today, with “cron time” given as the justification.
When I contacted the VPS.TC support team regarding this issue, instead of resolving the problem, I received an extremely mocking and unprofessional response. I was told that I could file a complaint only after becoming a U.S. citizen. I find it unacceptable that a customer is treated in such a disrespectful manner and that my account was terminated before the end of my service period.
Because my account and VPS server were shut down despite still having remaining service time, I have been directly affected and inconvenienced. I request that my server be reactivated and that I be allowed to use the remaining time until February 28th without interruption.
