I purchased a VPS virtual server from VPS.TC on January 31st for approximately 80 TL. Under normal circumstances, my service was supposed to remain active until February 28th. However, both my server and my account on the system were completely terminated today, with “cron time” given as the justification.

When I contacted the VPS.TC support team regarding this issue, instead of resolving the problem, I received an extremely mocking and unprofessional response. I was told that I could file a complaint only after becoming a U.S. citizen. I find it unacceptable that a customer is treated in such a disrespectful manner and that my account was terminated before the end of my service period.

Because my account and VPS server were shut down despite still having remaining service time, I have been directly affected and inconvenienced. I request that my server be reactivated and that I be allowed to use the remaining time until February 28th without interruption.

Before their major modernization , the service and support were excellent. Now it's pain and sorrow! I purchased a VPS for a year on special offer. The maximum disk speed is 90, no connection to GitHub, the speed drops significantly in the evening, support takes a long time to respond, and there is no service assistance (according to their statements, it is provided once every 24 hours. Previously, it was almost instantaneous, regardless of the time of day). Anyway, I am very disappointed!

I'm a new costumer but their costumer support seems to reply fast and they are friendly speaking perfect English .
Ignore the bad reviews that they are dodgy ,you get their company details in the invoice you receive .

Good prices, that's the only reason I'll add a star. But twice a month the server is unavailable for half a day. Now I'm writing this review and their website is not even available, and the only way to contact them is through the support widget on their website. I'm already looking for a replacement...

not so bad, i had two servers and it working fine, but sometimes they have technical issues and servers are not working

very bad provider bought 2 servers when buying you can select centos7 for os wich i need for my program im gonna run i have other severs from other providers that have centos7 that work perfect but from vps.tc are so slow and centos7 install is broken and the wont allow reinstall avoid this provider costumer support is bad and they act like its costumers problem wtf 2 servers are unusable i opened ticket and ask for good reinstall they provided me with new logins but same issue exist when i then asked for a refund they say no and say its my problem i use centos7
