Am 8.12. hatte ich eine Anzeige auf Instagram gesehen von dem Unternehmen und bestellt! Ich habe bis heute keine Sendung erhalten (60 Tage! Der Kundenservice behauptet, dass es wegen dem Sale länger dauert…

Ich habe heute die Koffer bekommen. Unfassbar 🥲 nach so einer langen Zeit. Sie sind auch wie in der Beschreibung einwandfrei… Aber Leute 3 Monate!! Unfassbar!!

J’ai commandé une valise le 12 janvier et comme les autres avis je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma valise. CE SITE EST UNE ARNAQUE ! Fuyez n’achetez rien chez eux et la garantie à vie n’existe pas puisque vous ne la recevrez jamais ! À fuir !!!!

Bestelde mijn koffer op 1 maand geleden en nog steeds niets ontvangen. Beantwoorden mijn mails met allerlei smoesjes over problemen in het magazijn. Ben duidelijk opgelicht. Zeker niets kopen bij hen. Is bedrog.

I ordered suitcase 28th of November and until now nothing is delivered.

LET OP; dit is een Nederlands bedrijf (en niet Duits zoals aangegeven op de website). De eigenaar is een fraudeur en heeft mijn review laten verwijderen.Zij sturen de koffers via China: SHEIN en Temu of bestelt via China. Je wordt opgelicht! KVK; 91436044. Daar staan al zijn gegeven en dat adres zou ik gebruiken als retour.

WARNING: This is a Dutch company (not German as stated on the website). The owner is a fraudster and has had my review removed. They ship the luggage through China, using platforms like SHEIN and Temu, or place orders directly from China. You will be scammed!
Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 91436044. All the owner’s details are listed there, and I recommend using that address for returns.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Voylo Suitcases. After placing my order, I quickly realized I wanted to cancel it. I contacted their customer service to request a cancellation and refund, but they refused to reimburse my money. Instead, they gave me two unacceptable options: wait 30 days for the luggage to arrive (far beyond a reasonable timeframe) or accept a coupon for future purchases.

This blatantly violates EU consumer rights, which grant a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases with a full refund. Their refusal to honor this legal right shows a complete disregard for their customers and the law.

The only way I managed to get my money back was by opening a case with PayPal, which thankfully sided with me and issued a refund.

I strongly recommend staying away from this company. Their practices are deceptive, and their refusal to comply with consumer protection laws is unacceptable. Don’t risk your money here!

Bought A suitcase 6’th of dec 2024. Still not delivered. The shop is a scam. I have contacted them several times , and they claim they have problems with customs clearance.

Update: Paypal refunded my case as there has been no delivery for 6 weeks. Absolute scam!

They are obviously reselling TEMU products, so have no control over quality nor shipping. Ridiculous client services, all in all amateurs. Just like the previous reviews: do not buy here! Unless you want to lose money!

Ordered the suitcase 29th of November and they didn’t send the package neither provide tracking number.
Telling me because of “very strict customs inspection”
Don’t purchase anything from there.

Ordered a suitcase a month ago and still haven't received it.
Customer service is saying their delivery has been stuck at the EU customs for weeks. If so they should say that on the website instead of misinforming costumers.
A month later, I still haven't received an email about my suitcase being sent.

Afgelopen week een koffer besteld bij Voylo. Pas bij navraag voor een shipping tijd kreeg ik te horen dat het maar liefst 21 werkdagen (!) ging duren.

In reactie daarop gaf ik aan m’n bestelling te willen annuleren. Helaas kreeg ik hier geen reactie meer op. Na aandringen kreeg ik, na veel moeite, te horen dat annuleren niet mogelijk was. Het enige wat kon was de bestelling laten komen, of te retourneren in ruil voor een voucher. Dit is in strijd met het Nederlandse recht, waarbij je met internet aankopen altijd recht hebt op geld terug. Ze proberen je af te schepen met een voucher.

Nu resteert mij het belachelijk lang wachten op de koffer, het gelijk te retourneren, en dan alsnog mijn geld terug zien te krijgen. Een hoop gedoe wat niet nodig was geweest.

Ik raad met klem af om hier te bestellen. Zodra je hulp nodig hebt krijg je niemand te pakken

Cannot recommend purchase. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We bought 2 suitcases which arrived after 1 1/2 months. when we open them it surprises us that they are very sparsely protected. The first thing I do is change the code on my suitcase after unpacking. After 2 days I lay it on the table and can see it has a dent. I send pictures of both the box and the dent and the complaint will be accepted. Since the suitcase has been sent back, they suddenly won't accept the complaint on the day the suitcase must have been used because the code has changed and I have to pay for the return shipping. The case required about 15 emails.
