Wonderful customer service. I didn’t like the design of the bags when I got them. They understood and had no problem letting me return them. I was immediately emailed shipping labels and they made the whole process very easy. I would definitely buy from them again.

Both pieces of luggage we received from Voyage came heavily perfumed. We're a low-scent family, so this was disappointing.

This was speedy delivery and I like that it comes in the original box so no box in a box crap like Amazon.

Received product directly from Tumi, and it was great! Service was outstanding along the way, they kept staying in touch advising on the status of the shipment along with automated emails.

I order a Briggs & Riley Baseline Underseat Duffel grey which is no longer available on the main Briggs and Riley site. When I found it on Voyage luggage, I was happy. I planned poorly on my end as this was near 4th of July week and I was going to be out of town. I was hoping FedEx would hold onto my package longer when I return but it was sent back to sender.

I contacted Voyage luggage and Peter was able to help in sending the shipment back to me. That was really above and beyond for them to do as I was in the wrong with bad planning. The package arrived great and it’s the color I was looking to pair with my existing grey Briggs and Riley suitcase.

This is a review of the great customer service I received from Voyage. I bought a piece of luggage from Voyage, and after taking only one trip, it developed a crack. I reached out to customer service and they facilitated an extremely smooth process of activating the manufacturer warranty to order a replacement, and ultimately returning that replacement for a refund. I appreciate their care!

I had never purchased from Voyage Luggage so I didn't know what to expect but shortly after ordering online, I was contacted by Peter via email. He wanted to verify my address and let me know when my luggage would ship and said he would track the order. He followed up with me to let me know when it shipped and after it was delivered. I really appreciated the personal attention and professionalism of Peter. It felt like he wanted me to have a flawless, positive experience and I did. The luggage is just what I wanted.
