I was a bit worried at first as I couldn't find any reputable reviews for vosseraofficial but decided to go ahead and order anyway, I paid about £19 for a plushie of the cat from Coraline and I have to say they communicate very well with their customers and the product that arrived is exactly as described
i bought a hoodie for £27 on the 5th and never got any updates and it hasn’t arrive. this website is a scam do not buy from it
I purchased a Spider-Man backpack from Vossera online at the beginning of August. They promised delivery within 5–7 business days, but more than a month later, I still have not received my backpack and there have been no tracking updates. I emailed their only listed form of customer support and never received a response. Be cautious and think twice before purchasing from this company. I reported them to the BBB, hopefully speaking to law enforcement once they review my claim.
This site is a scam. Pay for goods, nothing turns up, numerous emails sent asking for customer service...nothing.

claims thousands of reviews and excellent quality but no actual proof. everyone I find who has bought from there did not get their order and could not get a refund or any customer service whatsoever. DO NOT USE DO NOT BUY stay vigilant >:[
