We decided we needed a powerful gaming PC so we searched on Facebook. The first one to jump out at us, was an incredible machine which had been put together by Protech PCs.

Admittedly, at first I was sceptical; how can it be such a good price I asked myself. So, after back and forth; I decided to go and collect the system myself to avoid any issues (and to satisfy my own worries)

After meeting with Harsh, he talked me through everything and we had a good chat. Honestly, I was just surprised it was such a good price & actually existed; but due to their bulk purchasing, they are able to offer amazing prices to their customers. It's amazing.

I'm a very happy chap now, and it's been about a week with no issues with the PC. Infact I'm looking to upgrade a little further & Harsh is a fast replier as always! They don't just take your money, provide the product & run; they will be there whenever you need them.

Wow…… It’s not often I find the time to leave a review for a product and or a service but this time I make an exception. ProTech PC’s reinstated my faith in customer service. Right from the beginning of the process Harsh has been nothing but excellent, discussing the best specification for my gaming needs whilst being sensitive to budget. Keeping in touch and sending photos of the build and packing stages, flexible to changes and the after sales care has been exemplary. The PC itself is one of the tidiest, sexiest builds I have seen and performs just as well. All in all a great package of product and customer care which these days is very hard to find!

Had an unfortunate GPU (manufacturer) issue on a system from these guys and within 30 minutes, I had a response and diagnosis. A week later, a brand new upgraded card was offered.

Been to these guys before, amazing work, sorted out my issue same day, recommended a super nice case that’s made my pc look go from 2/10 to 10/10, always recommend coming to get your pc fixed, or even buy a brand new set up.

What a breath of fresh air in this minefield of a market. ProTech are completely brilliant. Recently got a new pc from them and despite an initial teething problem, don’t you just love pc’s, thier communication and feed back have been first class.
I was so impressed that I recommended them to friend who has also bought a pc from them. I would, without hesitation, recommend them. Keep up the good work and standards ProTech. I’ll be back for my upgrades.

I ordered my PC roughly around 11am, it was delivered within the next 2-3hours.
The customer service was also amazing.

Best experience I've had with a company this small, they have been brilliant all the way through. Received a PC that was built to my taste and they went above and beyond and accommodated, unfortunately this was damaged in transit, sent a picture to the team and they immediately apologised (even though it wasn't their fault) and offered me an entire replacement the next working day. This machine has been nothing but great to me and they really are a good well run business

Fantastic service from start to finish very friendly and helped me understand what I needed. The pc I purchased is an absolute beast plays all games at very high fps and runs Fantastic. Over the moon with it I was even able to collect at a time that suited myself thanks for the top service, if your looking for a good quality gaming pc look no further than these guys!

The second I came in contact with protech I was instantly reassured with their professionalism and care for customers, the PC is insane it looks incredible and runs amazingly not a single issue, I couldn’t recommend these guys enough I ordered early hours of the morning and it was delivered that day in the evening and it works perfectly straight out the box! I’ll be telling everyone I meet interested in pc gaming about these guys!

Genuinely the best service I've ever received around custom PC's, extremely knowledgable, Harsh managed to establish exactly what I wanted including some odd requests like accommodating an old HDD with all of my stuff on but he was super helpful, and within 24 hours I not only had my PC ordered but actually went to collect it the same day, he even swapped all my drives over for me there and then, I've ordered a separate budget system for my dad and hes managed to accommodate an incredibly low budget. Nothing but honesty throughout, 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Bought the pc after finding ads everywhere I went. Delivered safely and was quick too. Works great and would recommend to anyone buying a pc.

I ordered from Protech PCs because I knew the spec of the gaming computer I wanted and had looked at many other PC building websites so knew what I wanted to spend on it; Protech had the ideal computer ready as a prebuilt machine at the best price so I dropped them a message which was responded to quickly. I did ask for one alteration to the boot drive and this change was dealt with quickly, easily and was fairly priced.
All the way through the purchase and build, I was kept informed, and sent pics of the machine being built, of it up and running and finally, how it was packed for delivery (very well) which inspired confidence after making such an expensive purchase. All questions I had were responded to promptly, even if it was outside of regular working hours.
I couldn't be happier dealing with ProTech. The computer arrived quickly, works without a hitch and knowing it has been built properly and has a long warranty adds great peace of mind.

On 17/9/23 I completed a purchase of a Ryzen 9 7590x 4080 pre-built pc from Protech PCs. Had never heard of them before and came across them via Facebook marketplace. Quick Google search showed that they were highly rated on Trustpilot and having dealt with them now I can see why.

Prior to completing purchase I had a great chat with them as I had a few questions about the build and they were extremely helpful. The price of the system was fantastic, as when I tried breaking it down on pc part picker website I was unable to get the parts separately at a cheaper price, meaning that by purchasing the completed PC from Protech PCs meant I not only saved money, I didn’t have to worry about the hassle of building the pc myself and instead it was done by a professional using quality components. You would struggle to find a more competitive price for what I had purchased!

I went with the option to collect the PC as I also part exchanged my old PC which I was given a great price for. They even messaged me later the same evening to make sure once I got the PC home that I was happy and everything was running smoothly.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided and the PC is fantastic, would highly recommend!

Highly recommended - really amazing customer service end to end when ordering my custom PC from these guys. Big shout outs to Harsh who was super helpful throughout the whole process, gave me a great price for great specs and I don't see myself having to upgrade for a long time yet - Starfield at Ultra Settings running like butter.
