Ich war anfangs sehr interessiert am Franchise-System von Voozaa und habe sogar 2.000 € angezahlt, um Teil des Netzwerks zu werden. Leider musste ich mich wenige Wochen später aus nachvollziehbaren geschäftlichen Gründen umentscheiden und bat um eine einvernehmliche Auflösung.

Trotz frühzeitiger Mitteilung, keiner erhaltenen Leistung (keine Schulung, keine Hardware, keine Software) und minimalem Kontakt (nur 2–3 E-Mails und 3 Telefonate), behält Voozaa pauschal 1.500 € als “Vertragsstrafe”. Dafür, dass praktisch keine Leistung erbracht wurde, ist das aus meiner Sicht vollkommen unverhältnismäßig und nicht kundenorientiert.

Gerade als junges Franchise-Unternehmen hätte ich hier Kulanz und Fairness erwartet – stattdessen wird auf Paragraphen verwiesen, obwohl keinerlei Aufwand entstanden ist. So geht man nicht mit Partnern um, die Vertrauen in euch setzen.

Für mich war das ein teures Lehrgeld – ich kann jedem nur raten, sich den Schritt sehr gut zu überlegen, bevor man unterschreibt. Ein partnerschaftliches Miteinander sieht für mich anders aus.

I have a fully verified account and have had a pending withdrawal since the 10th of November. Every time I chase it they just tell me that they have delays in payments. I have chased this with chat for two weeks and get a copy and paste reply each time of the same answer which is attached as a screen grab. This casino has no intentions of paying the money.

So 64days passed withdrawal pending and now since today my account blocked i can't login anymore and winnings was never payed.

The support is always the same answer.. it’s always another team that has to handle it and he can’t do anything about it. But here come’s the worst part. Registered there with a no deposit offer. Received 20 spins on majestic king and won 17 euro. Couldn't see wager anywhere so contacted support and they stated that I need to make a deposit to wager it. Kind of defeats the purpose of no deposit bonus. Also Gmail flagged it as dangerous. It usually never does so even if it ends up in spam.
