The software is cool. The cancellation process is atrocious. It actually will not let you sign into the portal that will allow you to cancel, but it will let you continue to sign into the app.
No phone support.
No replies on emails.
Btw, the funnels that Russell Brunson made where "it's a one time charge", straight up lies.
BUYER BEWARE - it is crazy people are still doing stuff like this.

To unsubscribe you need a code sent by email. I had no issue receiving any email from voomly but the one to cancel never came throught. I paid a month for nothing because of it. I can't judge the product I never used it.

i had cancelled my subscription within the first week of my free trial period. But they kept me charging 49 $ for months , till i finally noticed it on my credit card and filed a dispute with my credit card company. After noticing on the my credit card i login into the account to cancel it ... After clicking on "cancel my subscription" it logs you out of the website . You may think that you have cancelled it but its not cancelled since i didnt received any email. Tried this 3 times same result. This webpage which feels that its canceled and logged out has list of all the subscription offer and at the bottom there is a manage subscription link , you need to go in there and than you will see the actual link to cancel the subscription.

Kept charging after trial cancelled

What a nightmare. When I downloaded the app and went in to view instructions for using it it was just too much. So I cancelled. Received a notice that my payment did not go through. I replied I cancelled the program, another notice and another notice. Went in to the pp to cancel myself because even thought those AI bots ask if you want to they did charge my account for the first month. I went in myself to cancel, they obviously do not. The next month, another attempted charge.

Same Scam occurred to me today. I cancelled same day. They have an app so they do not send confirmation emails. I couldnt even sign in. I was charged on a free trial. 100% scam...i notice other people saay the same.i dont understand why these big companies still scam people. Just refund me back my $50 . I got 4 kids man, trying to jump into content crrator space and I used the app one day canceled and was charged like a month later.

While entering bank details during the 14-day free trial, the website kept telling me that my account number was incorrect. I tried to rectify it every time, but after seven attempts, I thought I had finally got through. The next day, I discovered that Voomly had deducted seven times from my account on the first day of the free trial. I reported it online, and after 6 days and a string of emails, they refunded me. Although the website's content is basic, and you have to visit a marketplace to purchase additional content, one thing is sure: they keep the communication channels open.

Voleurs. Impossible d’annuler les prélèvements sur ma cb. J’ai pourtant effacé mes coordonnées bancaires et écrits 2 mails auxquels ils ont répondu avoir pris en compte mon annulation et ma demande de remboursement. Le mois suivant ils ont poursuivi l’encaissement. J’ai dû faire opposition à ma carte bancaire pour stopper, au total 4 mois prélevés pour rien

I purchased Toonly and back then they indicated that they were adding more variety to the characters. Only a select few characters can be modified.
There have been no major additions to the library images since I purchased this, although they said it would be updated.

Voomly Cloud is phenomenal. Russell Brunson is the best for investing in this! So grateful for this tool that simplifies life for entrepreneurs and creators. Bravo.

Scammers, logging in is very hard. Cancellation is even harder. They do not ler you to delete your credit card info. So regretful to provide it to them.

Suspicious company / scam.

I was trying to sign up however nowhere did I see an explanation of how I can cancel my subscription in the future. It looks like they're trying to trap customers into a subscription which will be hard to cancel.

Complete scam. I apparently subscribed making a subscription to doodly. I don’t know the link between the two. However, I immediately canceled the subscription from Doodly and two weeks later I got an automatic payment made to Voomly. So I tried to log in to their website. To do so I had to ask a new password because I never personally signed up to Voomly. Once in the profile I find out I subscribed to one premium service. I tryed to cancel but no way to do it. I’ll report this website to my bank and local authorities.
