TMS VOLVO A Volvo approved dealership in Leicester are very very unethical. I have had incompetent work done for a very long time but stuck with them as better the devil you know. Recently was the last straw when my. Ok o was in for a full major service and when it was returned an AA mechanic had suggested that there was no way an oil change had been carried out as the dealership claimed.
4 months later there has been zero response until very recently when they claim that myself and the AA mechanic are wrong. They claim to have used 6 litres of oil this would show
Near full, the oil upon inspection was black and no sign of any new oil.
I feel they are deceptively charging for work that has not been done. This is not the first time by far that this has been noticed.

My car went in for a window fault at Volvo Borehamwood. , I discovered it had been driven for 120 miles without my permission. It was used for various personal errands, including trips to Thane, Oxfordshire , Hertford, and two different Travelodges, as well as for staff errands such as lunch runs to Asda and transporting another customer. However, when I requested a simple three-minute lift to the station in my own car, I was instead directed to a taxi service. This unauthorized usage is unacceptable and directly contradicts professional standards. I had entrusted my car to your team fully valeted, yet it was returned in a poor state, with no accountability taken for its misuse.
Volvo’s policies emphasize customer consent for any use of their vehicle beyond agreed services.
2. Mileage Addition: Adding 120 miles to your car for non-repair purposes is excessive and unjustifiable.
3. Condition of Return: Returning your car in a poor state despite it being handed over fully valeted reflects poorly on the service quality.
4. Compensation Offer: A £30 goodwill gesture, along with a car wash and hoover, seems insufficient to address the inconvenience, unauthorized use, and potential wear caused by the additional mileage. Vigorous driving .

Waar is de Volvo-service van 20 jaar geleden? Bij recente depannage na eenvoudige bandbreuk: Volvo Assistance nauwelijks telefonisch te bereiken - zeker tijdens weekend - en ook qua opvolging als daadkracht zeer middelmatig.
AVOID Volvo - attractive but utterly terrible!
Had a Volvo XC40 through the care by volvo scheme. Absolutely terrible experience. The car had no end of issues that had to be fixed. Then when ending the agreement, the amount of hidden and secret charges they piled on (none of which were communicated at all in the various conversations I had with the Volvo customer service prior to the end of the completion). No good will from the company and were more than happy to have surprised me with a huge invoice of £3k+. AVOID!

Nie wieder. Volvo Assistance hat offensichtlich keine Ahnung, was eigentlich Assistance bedeutet. Das ist einfach eine Satire auf den Kundendienst. Zuerst konnten ihre Mitarbeiter mein abgeschlepptes Auto 4 Tage nicht finden und die Werkstatt, wo es stand, erreichen - das habe ich dann aber ganz einfach telefonisch selbst gemacht. Dann konnte man für uns keinen Ersatzwagen finden und man bot mir an, diesen selbst zu organisieren. Und schließlich warte ich seit Anfang August auf die Erstattung meiner Kosten.
Lange Mails, viele Telefonate - es hilft nichts. Eine solche Ignoranz sollte für einen seriösen Hersteller einfach nur peinlich sein, aber für Volvo Deutschland ist es das sicher nicht.

Vi købte en Ny Volvo Ex 30til næsten 400.000 KR her i Juni 2024 , hos Autohuset Vestergaard i Odense . Men nu er vi næsten græde færdige , og tænker vi aldrig skulle have købt den bil . Vi har haft vrøvl næsten lige med det samme , så virkede nettet ikke på den , så kørte vi ude på motorvejen så kunne jeg lige pludselig ikke blinke . En masse bilister blev sure og hvad kan der ikke ske når man ikke kan blinke 😒Så sidder vores baglygter ikke som de skal , man kan se noget af limen der . Vi havde fået en tid igår den 14/8 til at få dem skiftet . Jeg kørte ud til Vestergaard og den kom på værksted og vi forventede at baglygterne blev skiftet . Men da jeg havde ventet i over en time kom de lige pludselig og sagde de ikke kunne skifte dem alligevel 😒For det ville blive det samme hvis de skiftede dem , og de vidste ikke hvad de skulle gøre ved det . Men de havde andre Volvo Ex 30der havde det samme problem . Så en masse ulejlighed og vrøvl , det var ikke lige hvad vi forventede da vi købte en ny bil 😒Så vi aner ikke hvad vi skal gøre , men frusterende er det

Jeg kørte til nærmeste Volvo værksted i Dijon og forklarede problemet ! Volvo afviste min henvendelse da de ikke havde tid pga ferie selvom dette er et stort sted !
Trods min vedvarende opfordring måtte vi gå med uforrettet sag !!

Nightmare at Volvo Preston
Nightmare at Volvo Preston. Very rude manager called Steve. I am sure car dealerships hold a darts contest and the winner becomes manager! Obtained a Volvo EX30 wasn't told that alarm can't be switched off, if kids in car, or dog, the alarm will go off. Says you can reduce sensitivity but still as loud. Can't switch lights off either, software not up to scratch! Dealership not up to scratch I will be changing to a car that has the software sorted. I will go to a dealership that has a little respect for their customers. The sales lady, that calls herself Bacca, after golden virginia, rushed me through the handover, as she had another customer, booked at the same time as me! Volvo should call the EX30 back and get the software right. Took car back, but no report given, had RAC out got a report that says "software fault" They have my money so it's a case of your on your own.
Poor service
Had XC60!recall for seat belt problem. When collecting car from dealer, noticed seat belt buckle way down at base attachment wedged in bottom space. Discovered no plastic button in place to stop buckle dropping down out of sight. On inspection, the belt had been shortened a few inches and the black plastic button was immediately above floor anchor fixing. Both front belts in same situation. Had curt reply from the service manager that there was no problem. Found this particular dealer lacking in expertise at service intervals. Meanwhile get continuous invites to sales days and then very poor offers on my vehicle which I add is now serviced professionally by a local service garage who are totally trustworthy and reliable. XC 60 excellent vehicle but not in hands of main dealer!!
They don’t deserve even a star
They don’t deserve even a star. The worse ever brand for service. Local franchise is worse but when you approach Volvo brand they refuse to help stating their dealers are independent companies. Clearly they don’t care about their brand.
All they want is their franchise to pay them, no matter how the franchise deals with their customers.
I did not get help or even a response from the dealer but I was turned away by Volvo customer support and service asking me to go to motor ombudsman.
Pathetic and would not recommend Volvo to anyone.
My experience with Volvo has been a nightmare
My experience with Volvo has been nothing short of a nightmare. When they collected my car after the lease period, they went overboard in exaggerating every single scratch, leaving me with a staggering £1000 additional bill. The person responsible for evaluating the car seemed more interested in protecting herself than providing a fair assessment. Every minor scratch was marked as a dent or poor preparation, despite the fact that the car was in perfect condition.
The excuse given was that she needed to protect herself, but it felt more like an excuse to extract as much money as possible from customers. Now, instead of enjoying the Christmas holidays with my kids, I find myself embroiled in a tedious and time-consuming dispute process with Volvo to contest these unjust charges. This experience has not only tarnished my perception of Volvo but has also left me vowing never to engage in any future relationships with this company. It's disheartening to see a brand prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and fairness.

Jeg har købt en ny V60 og når man viser…
Jeg har købt en ny V60 og når man viser Volvo i Aalborg, at den først skifter til et laver gear og så igen (da det ikke er det rigtige gear) til et endnu lavere gear, når man skal accelerer fra omkring 85-105 km/t. (dvs der går ca. 2 sekunder inden den der sker noget). Her får jeg at vide det har volvo altid gjort og det har de aldrig hørt at en kunde har klaget over. De siger "DET ER EN EGENSKAB".
Volvos skilte advarsel virker heller ikke, på vores villavej viser den at man må køre 70 km/t. = Det er en egenskab
Volvo har noget uro og rystelser fra bunden, det er de bekendt med, men det er også en egenskab bilen har.
Det værste er at de ikke er interesseret i at give beskeden videre til Volvo så fejlene kan blive rettet.
