I converted by normal gear cycle into electric cycle with the help of voltebyk team. Their conversion kit helped my cycle to change into ebike. They provided good service and conversion with low price.
I have purchased LAUX premium electric cycle and met with an accident after that I have contacted customer support team they have arranged a video call from the technician and he guided me how to check all the connections after the examination he suggested me to send the cycle and I followed the same and I have received the cycle again yesterday it received with zero damages .

I bought the Voltebyk electric cycle before 3 years, they provided me good service as whenever I got problem with e-bike, they guided me how to solve it through video calls and provided replacement for the parts. Even after 3 years they provided me battery replacement for low price.
I bought a electric cycle from this brand VOLTEBYK they provided service even after 2 years, I had an accident and my throttle, sensor brakes and lights are damaged and i contacted the service team and they responsded immediately and sent me the new parts instantly.
I have bought 3 bikes from these guys and I won't ever buy from them again. The first bike was missing the rack I paid extra for and I never got sent a new one. The second had faulty brake lines that sent my friend flying while going down a hill, and the third had a warped and faulty dropout that made it Impossible to remove the tire. They hid behind their "electronic components only" warranty in every case. Don't risk the purchase.

Very good experience. Now a days buying more bikes not bicycle, because trend there are thinking but reality our health is getting very lazy in bikes. Bicycle is very important for us because of exercise of our body. Mainly morning times and evening times we ride bicycle it's more useful for us getting more exercise to our body. We will get relief and relax in nights. It's peaceful finally.
