Hice la solicitud de reenbolso por considerar que la informacon no es suficiente e induce al error siendo que ofrecen una promocion sin indicar que haran deducciones adicionales sin indicarlo previamente. Ante tal situacion, el compromiso posterior a esta nota, sera el reintegro del dinero deducido, debo señalar que, la atencion y el servicio para dicho reintegro ha sido eficiente.

When I got on for a mystery box from facebook it didn’t tell me you had to sign up for a subscription and it automatically did.

I accidentally made a purchase through Voltbaron and reached out to have the charge cancelled. I received help immediately and refunded the money. While I didn’t need to use Voltbaron’s services, I was genuinely impressed with their expedient and thorough customer service. 5 star customer service for sure!

Took too long to correct something I did not authorize and then got the run around. I still haven’t even gotten my refund til after this review they said has to be done to finalize it so let’s see if they’re true to their word. I
