few things went wrong, -
- seat selection wasn't easy even on laptop, A message keeps popping up saying you cannot select seat and leave a single seat in the middle, but that message wouldn't go away despite pressing ok to select a different seat, so I had to close the page and start again,
- The seat I selected was next to each other but when I paid and checked the tickets was in two different rows (F and E) so I had to buy an extra ticket to be next to each other
_there was no mention of registration fee when you check prices on each section, then is added at the time of payment so
- the website was down for 1 hour in initial opening hours
_ a message keeps popping up you to fill first name as required but it had value in it, so I had to close the page and start again
- Seems like there was no field for family name

The website host/infrastructure cannot handle the pressure while bookings being open. This is usually can be managed by "Load Balancing" approach by the company IT Admins which makes the experience much less stressful for the client/user.

I had a terrible experience purchasing tickets from this website. The platform is not user-friendly and crashed multiple times during the process, which even led to my credit card being temporarily suspended. On top of that, they charge a $25 online booking fee per ticket. If it weren’t for the fact that this show is one of our favorites, I would not have gone through with the purchase at all.

I canceled two tickets for Ebi’s concert well in advance. Volek refunded one ticket but ignored the other. After countless emails, no response and no refund. This is unacceptable and I will escalate the case to consumer protection authorities.

Everything is fine, but the problem is that the security guards inside the hall behaved badly and expelled people inside for no reason, even though they were inside Manchester just two days ago.

The extra fee at the end pissed me off

They say start concert start 8 but they start 22:00 and finish 23:45 it’s was just 2 hours

We had the VIP tickets but there were lots of People that went in to the meet and greet that dident. No organization or setting up the line. People came from the backdoor while we were waiting in lite.

Because they hold concerts and always send out announcements, and there is still order at the concerts.

Jag köpte tre biljetter till en konsert med Naser Zeynali i mars 2025 via Volek Events plattform. Några veckor innan konserten sänktes biljettpriset, och trots att jag hade betalat det högre priset fick jag ingen kompensation.

Två timmar före konserten meddelades vi att konserten hade flyttats fram till dagen efter, och när den väl ägde rum var det endast ett framträdande på ca 45 minuter. Konserten var kraftigt försenad och mycket dåligt organiserad – ljudet var dåligt, ingen information gavs till publiken, och det var kaos.

Jag har försökt få återbetalning från Volek Event, men de hänvisar bara till “arrangören” – en arrangör som jag som kund aldrig har haft kontakt med. Jag betalade till Volek Event och de borde därmed ta ansvar.

Jag känner mig grundlurad och mycket besviken på hur Volek Event hanterar sina kunder. Rekommenderar starkt att undvika dem.

The doors of the hall opened half an hour late. The singers started their performance with a delay, and all of them sang with pre-recorded vocals. There was no live music performance.

Verspätung nur nicht gut organisiert

they sell tickets without any support after the purchase. They try to show that the event is close to be sold out and then open new seats again.

Ich fand es sehr wenig Kundenfreundlich, dass Sie bei einem Irrtum in der Bestellung nach einer Stunde weder eine Stornierung noch eine Umbuchung ermöglicht haben.
Ich kaufe nie mehr eine Karte bei Ihnen.
