I had a light crash with my first drone…
I had a light crash with my first drone which snapped the gimble and tore a damper. Volatus had all components and shipped out quick.

Good pricing at less than half the cost…
Good pricing at less than half the cost i was expecting. Very happy with that. Tjey shiped veru quickly and had it it 2 days. Although i xould have picked it up it would have cost double that cost in gas. So overall happy.

Get a second quote on repairs!!!
If bringing in drones for repair I suggest you either go directly to dji or get a second quote from another company.
I brought in a mini 3 drone that had a broken gimbal. There quote was $900. When going through the quote they added unnecessary equipment and repairs to drive the bill up.
I requested a repair directly from dji and the total cost to repair the drone was $79usd which I was happy to pay.
I really don’t take this sort of price gouging, theft poor business practices lightly. I will be making a personal goal to share this experience with drone community. Thanks for the poor business practices

I ended up going to the wrong location…
I ended up going to the wrong location because google was not updated for the address. The clerk at the store indicated after the fact that I showed up at the old location that there was an issue with with Google, but the change was updated on their website. 99% of people will google your address and then start their journey. People will not go to the website to check for the address change. I had many conversations on the phone with them, in which they could have mentioned that the old location is closed and they have moved. From my POV time and money was waster on Transport, however they did open early the following day for me to go get the drone that I was looking for. If the googled address was having an issue i think customers should be told on the phone immediately so customers are aware.

We've tried changing our google address but unfortunately this process takes time since its on google hands and we are not able to speed up this process faster.
We tried to compensate for the issue by offering you a better deal, as we discussed over the phone, and also try to adjust to your schedule since it was a little limited. Unfortunately, there was a mistake on our part in assuming you had the correct address.

I called to ask a question only to be forwarded to an extension that disconnected me after a robot voice said ok. Then I wrote an email asking this question but no one responded. So who knows if this has the parts I need.
