Delivery arrived as agreed. Each controller was already marked by Volan as to which area it should be installed in which tied up with what we saw on the app. Very easy to install (we had the data cables completed in advance) so it was a case of installing in each location and plugging in. 31 units took less than a day to install. Great support from Volan to fine tune what we saw on the app. Would highly recommend.
We were recommended the Volan vape detectors and it is easy to see why. Once we had confirmed our order they arrived very quickly and it was easy for them to be installed by our electrician. The process to then set up the back-end of the system for mobile phone and email alerts was intuitive and efficient.
The vape detectors are working well and are very sensitive to vape smoke. They have acted as an excellent deterrent and we have already seen a reduction in vape alerts that are being triggered.
These come highly recommended and the whole process from enquiry to installation was quick and easy.
