NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT.

Defective and Non-Functional Product Delivered –
My Refund Request Was Not Properly Addressed. On June 9, I purchased the product called “Electric Steaming Massage Hair Care Brush” from the website voguelegant.com. My order number is 37266M139255. The product was delivered approximately one month later. However, when I tried to use it for the first time, I noticed that the brush did not heat up at all. Although the steam function was working, the heating function, which is essential for straightening hair, was not functioning. As a result, the product does not work as intended and is essentially unusable. To document the issue, I recorded a video showing that the product was not functioning properly and sent it to customer service. I also requested that the return process be initiated. Instead of resolving the issue and arranging a refund, the company offered me only a $4 USD refund and asked me to consider the matter closed. It is unacceptable that a product I purchased for $33 USD does not work and that my refund request has not been properly addressed. Furthermore, offering such a small partial refund demonstrates that my legitimate concern as a consumer has not been taken seriously. I would like to make it publicly known that the product is defective and non-functional, my refund request has been unfairly denied or ignored, the company’s offer of a $4 USD refund is not a reasonable solution to the problem, and other consumers may also experience similar issues with this product or seller.

Well mad, easy to use. My granddaughter likes it.

I'm happy with the product but was surprised it took almost a month to be delivered and because it was a gift for my daughter-in-laws birthday she missed out receiving it on that day so hope that improvement could be done in delivery time

My daughter is really hard to brush through and when I used the brush it went through the hair easier

I recieved a faulty product and they refuse to refund me in full for a returned item.

Took over a month to get it. Made very cheap. Only good thing was when I did contact them about where it was they did reply but it was the same reply every time...

Hi, little bit disappointed with finish quality, they are very light, I have to use a very light "pen", to make it stand properly, I am going to glue them both down to something heavier to hold a quality pen, I had to use a craft knife to tidy up the "dags" from printing.

Not what I expected, sharpens well enough.
Seems a bit flimsy.
It takes a bit of a learning curve.

It really works the sharp spikes grips the strip wood with a screw inserted inside for maximizing the grip used on a top door hinge. No problems so far

After receiving product was disappointed to find there were no instructions to explain the different degrees and what them do for sharpening knives.

The device is a little flimsy for the price. Would not recommend because of the lack of quality.

Your ad showed pictures of different types of knives and what angle was best for each. When arrived there was no kind of instructions included that would show the same. I contacted support to get a download of this picture, and all they sent was a video of a person using the sharpener. Not the recommended angles I requested.

The tracking was horrible. Kept giving me a status of transit over and over. The item seems okay but it came with no instructions on how to use it at all so I have no idea how to use it. Why would any company send something like this with zero instructions?

Good communication on shipping. The product is great. Easy to comb out my two aussies and my border collie.
