Vogue Kildare 

This company is not as advertised and definitely not a shop in Kildare. Took nearly 2 months to arrive and when it arrived, the ring I ordered was cheap, painted silver and gold. Definitely did not look like it was advertised. I paid through paypal and got 100% refund when I opened a dispute through Paypal.

Company falsely claims or misleads shoppers to belive it is an irish based retailer, with a closing down sale. Where in reality it is a Chinese scam, haven't received the goods yet either. Dispute lodged with bank to try recoup funds.

If there was less than one i would of given them. Mass produced scam products are cheap, i waited two weeks for my two rings that were horrible looked like mass production nothing like what is in the website

The discounted quality item that was advertised is a complete scam. The Milou Retro Autumn sweater, which I bought, was advertised as a high quality item reduced from €150 to €44.95 owing to the shop in Kildare closing down. This was not true. The sweater did not come from Kildare, nor was there a shop closing down but rather was mass produced and came from China. The sweater is 100% acrylic and not hand knitted as advertised and is of a very low quality. Temu is selling an identical sweater for €17.48 and probably still making a profit.
I have asked for a refund. I too was given the run around about the shipment would have to be returned to China. Where did China even feature in their ad - yet their emails protest and refer to their transparency (Mary initially and now there's a Clare) - are they for real? A part of the refund, I decided to call their bluff and ask for the address and tel number to which to send the sweater - a week later, and still no reply. I wonder why! Bottom line, its a complete scam, advertised to make you think you're getting a huge discount on a quality item from a shop closing down in Kildare. I wonder how many have been affected? BTW I see their Facebook page is still live - it should be removed.

Unfortunately I can’t comment on the quality of the goods as I withdrew the order within the hour following reading all the bad reviews.
There were some challenges at the beginning to initiate the refund process as Vogue didn’t consider different time zones and advised me that the withdrawal was initiated after the allowed time window (1 hour, which to be honest is very little time to cancel). Nevertheless once I provided evidence (email and screenshots) of my order time and email correspondence, Vogue were very swift in refunding the total amount of the order.

The company is impersonating a genuine IRISH enterprise by supplying cheap imitations. It is yet another Chirese Scam.

For anyone who was scammed by this company, apply for a Chargeback through your bank. Vogue Kildare were refusing me a full refund, other than 20% with me paying shipping costs to return the item. I threatened to apply for a Chargeback and they then offered a 40% refund and I could keep the item. I then applied for a Chargeback through my bank and within two days I got an email from Vogue Kildare telling me that I was being fully refunded. The Chargeback procedure is very simple and quick. It is done online.

I ordered runners weeks ago still waiting.

Just received them today,seems OK
Will have to ware them for a few days
To see how good they will be.

An update from my last post on the vogue-Kildare scam.. I ordered many items unfortunately over a couple of days.. I did warn my postman and finally the first one arrived which I opened when postman was still there.. As expected it was awful cheap boots and nothing like the picture.. I handed it back and postman added status “ refused at customer address”.. I then contacted the scammers and was told that the boots were as described and they will not process a refund as I need to return goods to their Chinese return address and referring me to their terms and conditions that were available at checkout which buried in there somewhere mentioned shipping returns to Asia… anyway.. told them they were scammers and would continue to voice my complaints on social media.. only thing we can do,,, postman told me the police/guards won’t be interested since it’s a civil case and an post can’t do anything since this company has legitimately paid for their post
Box that goods are shipped into.. so frustrating but I will continue to fight as I lost a lot of money

As with some previous reviews I too wish I had seen these beforehand as I was sure it was an Irish company and ordered some pieces of ( so called hand made pieces) that was on November 21 st . Tracking them now the are at the port / airport having cleared customs. I await the outcome before making further comment but I’m not hopeful .

DO NOT BUY. ITS A SCAM!! AND DONT THINK YOULL GET YOUR MONEY BACK BECAUSE YOU WONT. I have enclosed a copy of their email to show u exactly the type of con artist company you'll b dealing with! Disgusting items of clothing, 100% polyester and not hand knitted at all, not even a % of wool. Mass produced and came from China.. the worst. They're going in the bin. Not fit to even give to a charity shop.
Then tried to get me to 'complete another purchase' after I complained. As if! I spent €80 on 2 jumpers.

An absolute joke! Feel conned and angry 😠

I feel conned too. I wish I read these reviews before purchasing a retro look jumper. I ordered it over a week ago and when it didn't arrive within a few days I started tracking it. On the tracking 2 days ago it said ' cleared customs' er I didn't know there was a border check between Kildare and Wicklow. Today it said left airport. Left port. So is it coming by plane or sea???? Has anyone actually received the item they paid for? I think I m going to contact my card issuer and see where I stand legally.

Fake website, advertising the supposedly Irish company with a typical German town's picture... The sweaters are not even knitted in the Irish style. Avoid.

Items are not local to Ireland - nothing personal about them, or personally crafted. They are all mass produced in China and shipped direct from there to Ireland. Support local this festive season.

Scam from china, really poor quality over priced items.

These are fake poor quality products sent from China. It is a form of scam. The website says that if you wish to return the products then you (the customer) has to pay costs for postage back to China, even then, there is no information on their website for returning items.

China scam. Recognized a bag from Temu I bought immediately with extremely bad quality and of course not real leather for $7. "Closing down sale" by family company used all the time. Fake, Fake, Fake ...

Scam -same as Moda-kildare, same as Aiden-Kildare.
