Delivery took weeks. The quality of the items was terrible, very cheap and looked nothing like the website.
Had to return the items to China and pay postage.
Made worse by DPD losing the parcel.

After recieving an XL jacket which was more like a UK small I emailedthe company and explained their sizes were not comparable with UK retailers such as Next or M&S who included a size chart.They emailed back a very friendly reply and offered me a new jacket of any size free of charge and said I could keep the small one.I then asked for a 5XL in a different colour to the original and it arrived today.Its a nice fitting jacket and though its 5XL its actually an XL for UK sizes.So I am happy to recommend this company as they have been so willing to resolve my problem.

This is the email i sent to this company.I would like you to give me the 15% refund As for your load of TRIPE about the jacket being of the same variant it is not the jacket that i ordered When i go out for a meal and order Beef I dont expect to be served Lamb and be told that they are both Farm Animals. The jacket that you sent with a slightly different colour discription of green as opposed to light green is not the jacket i ordered. I ordered light green. Wrong product one is patterned the other plain. This jacket will be passed on to a charity shop as i am not even satisfied with the quality. Also this email will go on TRUSTPILOT RF

I bought some shoes from this site and they were on the small side, but I contacted their customer support and they responded very quickly and agreed to replace them at no extra cost.
I have now bought a few items from them and have been happy with the items.
They are based in China so it does take time for items to be delivered, but they do arrive as long as you are patient.

I purchased a coat from here when it arrived in January 2026 the hood was too small and it was 2 different shades, the inside lining was damaged, the side pocket zip had a whole, the stitching was horrendous and the customer service was 0 this was the one of the most unhelpful company I have ever come across. I sent them pictures but they would not give me a refund no matter what I would say they just did not care. My advice to any one that is thinking of getting any thing from them is to stay away and do not purchase anything from them and yes they are based in China which was not that clear on the page. My coat was around £60 which I have lost

I bought a coat as a Christmas gift from this company. It wasn’t clear that the company was based in China from the website. (I should have been more diligent here!) The item arrived in January and was far too small. I sent it back on the same day. It has been stuck in customs for the past 30 days in China and it is out of my hands in terms of tracking and chasing up the issue, but the company is being unhelpful about expediting the process which I believe from researching the issue they should be able to do. Frustrating and disappointing responses and a very costly error!
