I strongly advise caution before using Voar Travel UK.
My experience was extremely disappointing and, at times, deeply unprofessional. What started as a simple and polite request to be addressed by my correct name , escalated into a series of inappropriate and disrespectful interactions.
Despite clearly asking to be called by my actual name, my request was dismissed. When I reiterated this basic boundary, the situation escalated unnecessarily and I was met with defensive and dismissive responses.
Most concerning, however, was the tone that followed. I received personal and offensive remarks completely unrelated to any service, including comments about my personal life and assumptions about my financial situation. At one point, I was told that “my life must be so bad that others need to pay for me to travel,” which is entirely inappropriate, unprofessional, and unacceptable from any service provider.
Shortly after these messages, I was blocked preventing any form of resolution or professional closure.
At no point should a client be subjected to personal attacks for requesting basic respect. I have retained full records of all communication.
I would not recommend this agency based on my experience. Professionalism, respect, and basic customer care were clearly lacking.

Voar Travel UK takes professionalism, respect, and customer care very seriously. We strive to treat all clients fairly and respectfully, and we do not condone personal attacks or inappropriate conduct in our business communications. Given the serious nature of the allegations in this review and the matter's current handling through the appropriate legal channels, we will not discuss the details publicly. However, we are confident that the documented evidence speaks for itself. We remain committed to providing a professional and reliable service to all of our customers, hence why theres now only 1 "bad review" from you. As this matter is currently subject to legal review, we will refrain from further public comment at this stage.

The best travel agency in the uk
Voar através was so attentive and respectful in every aspect you can imagine.
Help me and my family get the best option to fly to Brazil, as it was the first time of my husband and two children.
Voar travel it’s best option for you to get your holiday booked as they get the best value deal in the market.
I’ve also flight to Florida in 2022 for 5 days with them.
