So far so good. I ordered 2 for price of msrp on Friday. I missed the info on tracking the purchase and was interested in getting an eta. I Emailed on Saturday I believe and answered by Lisa on the following Monday morning apologizing for me not getting my tracking info. (Wow, very impressive now a days for customer service!) I looked up tracking number through USPS and figured probably a 2 week eta. Surpringly I Got them one week later, Friday morning today😃👍!!! Great customer service! Kudos to all who helped remedy and send out my 2 holsters. These are Gifts for my friends. More later on holsters after they tell me of their holster reviews of these gifts. P.S. maybe I have this confused with another holster but I thought these were originally American made by American veterans... not made in China as I found out when I got the holster package box. Reason I bought was prompted by what I thought was buying from a veterans owned company and American made in America items... But, I confess... I love mine. Extremely comfortable carry in deep 12 oclock position for me be it my G30 or G19. Both about same size pistol with the 45 acp a few ounces heavier. Retired LEO. These holsters are much Better quality than my old denim and elastic go to Joeypouch holsters I used for years. Thanx again VNSH, 10 stars 🤠👍

I've got the same complaint that many others do...Order the holster, card is charged, bunch of spammy emails and then sit and wait to be told my order is on backorder. Then silence, no updates, no nothing. Emailed to inquire and no response. So, as for ordering, how they handle shipping, and overall communications, they need some serious improvement.
HOWEVER, three weeks after ordering my holsters and receiving nothing, I decided to stop with the emails and pick up the phone. Customer service answered, was polite, and provided the answers I wanted:
Where's my product?
It shipped a week ago.
Why didn't I receive an email with the tracking info?
We apologize for not sending that out, it must have been an oversight.
Can you send me that tracking info?
Sure thing and I'll give it to you over the phone as well.
Minutes later I had the tracking info and it's being delivered today.
I don't really believing that not sending out the original tracking email was an oversight, I think they have internal business structure issues as this is a small company started by some dude and it's grown beyond his ability to manage. He most likely has brought some of his buddies along for the ride and they have little to no actual business management skills or at least the skills needed to create a seamless operation at the scale/volume they're dealing with and this has compounded some of their growing pains.
I can't provide any feedback on the quality of the product or anything like that at this point, but will do so after they're delivered. I am hopeful that it's better than the ordering process.
Good product, NO customer service
I purchased a BOGO VNSH holster and also a lockbox. My card was charged 24 hours later. I began receiving multiple ads for other VNSH products, but no information about my order was supplied. After 5 weeks I emailed the company, no response. I gave them notice that I would dispute the purchase due to lack of delivery. I gave them an extra week, disputed the charges, and received the products 4 days later. I canceled the dispute and love the holster and lockbox. It is the most comfortable holster ever and I wear it continually. The poor customer service prevents me from recommending their products.

VNSH has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased the laser target system and it took 2 months to show up. They took my money the moment they received it. After 2 weeks of not getting my order I decided to call customer service. I called them 13 times. No contact and no returned calls. I sent them 4 emails and only got a response, via email, after I told them I was going to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. They offered to take $35 off the price of the system. Another 3 weeks go by no products. Needed up telling to cancel my order. Can't report them to Better Business Bureau because they are not a member. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I came to Trustpilot two days ago to see if this company was a scam because I had ordered a holster on September 14th with an approximate 2-week delivery estimate. My order arrived today, October 21st (or maybe yesterday as I hadn't checked the mail). So, five weeks instead of two. That's fine. The product seems good. I haven't tried it with either of my guns yet. I am only downgrading the rating due to the shipping delay with no notification that there would be one.

BUYER BEWARE! This is a VERY scammy company. Saw lots of their ads and decided to give them a shot. Regretted my purchase almost immediately. Customer service is EXTREMELY slow and unhelpful. It's been 4 weeks and product has not shipped but they "should be getting restocked soon". I'm having to dispute via my CC and have filed a complaint with the BBB.
Bad business practice, non delivery
I paid them early September for a product still not delivered a month later and good luck getting ahold of VNSH customer service. They don't answer their phones and will not return calls they claim they would fulfill. Bottom line, you cannot trust the products you purchased will ever be delivered. They kept my $200 and now I am having trouble getting a refund for non-delivery. That is bad business.

I’ve been stalled multiple times in receiving my order with little to no customer service. For a supposed big company they don’t have an actual location and this guy probably just makes them in his garage when he feels like it. Guy is nothing more than a crooked salesman with plenty of gimmicks sent to your email frequently but when you need help no reply. I’ll make sure all my shooting buddies stay with “Real” holster companies.

I also ordered a holster from them on 14 September and it's October 1st...no arrival yet. I finally got thru to them and they told me they were waiting on backordered items. No notification that they were waiting, just burning time. While I don't think the company is a scam, they do a poor job of communicating. They also told me that shipping also took 7 days. It's just too long a time to wait. To compete, you need to do it better than the next guy. Taking a month isn't doing it better.

I have the same complaints everyone else has about not receiving the product ordered, coupled with a total lack of response from "customer service." This company is a scam, pure and simple. It does not even have a real storefront or business location. Check their address on Google Maps: 2121 Lohmans Crossing Rd #504-662, Lakeway, TX 78734. Funny that they call themselves a multi-million dollar brand, but they operate out of a UPS store mailbox.
Legal mechanisms are in the works to ensure that this little scam of a company will not last much longer.

They've got some ordering issues, for sure, but they made it up to me with some freebies they threw in. I still don't have my order, but I can see it's in transit to me. Scam offers of FREE stuff.
People should avoid this company at all cost. I have gotten numerous emails offering FREE stuff, the " get your Free laser or whatever now before they are gone." This is a pure unadulterated scam. As you read further on in smaller letters that " all you have to do is pay nine dollars in shipping and handling. If you have to pay for anything then its not FREE. Actually what you're doing is buying a product at a discounted price. The offer is very misleading. FREE means that there is no money involved. In case you haven't looked this company has a 2 star rating, maybe this type of scam is the reason why.
You'll be disappointed.
Over the past year, I've written their "Customer Service " four times. Each time, I've received no reply. Accordingly, I've purchased nothing, realizing, they could care less about their customers and potential customers. I wrote to assure that any purchase I'd intended to make wiujd fit as required. It may be, their goal to allow the customer to make assumptions and to thereafter, make a purchase, just to need to return the holster as it is not as advertised or doesn't fit. I'm certain, they'd ignore that based upon my experience and the outraged reviews, which include allegations of fraud and false advertising. Why take the risk if the company doesn't care? Once this happened, let alone 4x, it was obvious it's a SCAM.
