Do not buy from this brand. I had purchased some good looking taillights for my Lexus IS MK3 ,
Firstly they arrived with some marks on the lenses, seller didn't want to know, then I had to wait another like two months to receive a camera bracket so it fits correctly. Indicator lights are red instead of amber while it's clearly advertised on their product pages as amber turn signals. (Edited pics?)
And lastly they give only 1 year warranty and if you are any time over and your lights fail they don't wanna know. Mine failed the turn signal on the inner light failed completely 1yr 3 months after fitment. Mind you I do look after my car a lot and everything gets a lot of attention and maintenance so its not misuse. It's a shit product and they probably know it.aftwr more reading online I see I am not the only one with premature failing lights. Upon getting in touch all they offered me was buying another unit and they'd give me a discount. What a joke.

They look good but the quality is not there. I purchased taillights from them one was getting water inside and dirt the other wasn’t mounting the right way so I reached out only for them to not respond to the email with pictures. I switch my email up and they responded but after I told them the problem again they stopped responding

Quite possibly the worst buying experience I've ever had.
I purchased a pair of rear tail lights for my Ford Ranger. Lights arrived quickly enough, I was looking forward to fitting then, they are listed as 'plug and play' so wasn't expecting too much drama. Fitment is easy on a Ranger, however that's where the positivity ends!
The start up animation did its thing, great, and then darkness. Then only 1 side light, the other side flickered and went off. Managed to get them to come on if I switched them on as the start up animation was on, then realised that they'd go off when driving.
Multiple messages to vland, very poor customer service. Been dragging on for weeks, now had to purchase new lights from elsewhere to get me legal.

In summary avoid at all cost. Look great, functionality inept!

I ordered of them payed for my order then waited 2months for nothing to turn up then be told my order was delivered. Then they told me they would ship my order again but on express delivery for the same to happen this is a scam do not use! I can't get my money back

Before you even continue. Look at the other page where these scammers have 100+ reviews and a 1.5 rating. ( name is Vland Official ) That should speak for itself but heres my review.

Vland? More like V-Scammed. If you're lucky enough to be reading these reviews unlike me before my purchase, BUYER BEWARE! Whatever accessory you buy, interior, exterior etc, it WILL fail on you and Vland WILL NOT be helping you in any way.

I purchased a combo kit of headlights and taillights (WITH A 1 Year WARRANTY*) for my f150 back in June 2024 ( 5 months ago). Two months later in September my drivers side main beam begins to phase in and out and noticeably change brightness. I of course email the support email about this with clear photo and video of the problem and explaining I had already double checked the installation and there were no problems there. Since then there has been just short of 30 emails back and forth between support with them pushing me to do one task to another, ( adjust this screw, take a picture of this QR code, readjust this part, etc) even to the point of telling me again to adjust screws when I had already sent them a video of me doing exactly that. Essentially they will string you along and along but never will you be receiving any actual help, compensation, discounts, or warrantied product.

Seriously I have begged and begged and even threatened filing a civil lawsuit. All I wanted was working headlights that I paid $750~ for. I've accepted that my money is lost and so now I'm going to make sure this scummy company loses AT LEAST that much in sales if not more. I hope they change there ways and see this review and maybe try to fix things but as I've said I did everything I can as a customer short of just suing them which I am still considering.

In short DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOUR PRODUCT WILL BREAK AND THEY WILL NOT HONOR YOUR WARRANTY. EVER.

If you happen to be a recent customer reading reviews after your purchase, I HIGHLY suggest you check with whatever card company you used to purchase and see if you can file a chargeback after seeing this. I would've but I was quite literally 2 days short.

If you somehow decide to continue with your purchase after reading these reviews... kiss your money goodbye lol.

Fantastic lights for BMW G20 LCI 2024

I paid for an item that was supposed to fit my application, and it did not, i reached out for technical support and received none from the Vland. I went to the return page within a week and i was given a return label no charge indicated. Upon return, i was returned half my money, no indication how much i was to be charged ahead of sending the item back. So i have no product and out of $258. I checked trustpilot regarding this company, and it seems this is common practice.

Scam site DO NOT buy from them! Defective products, no customer service and they block you when you send too many emails asking for replacement or refund.

advertised as Plug and Play for Mitsubishi ASX, but extra wiring (included) required. Ordered from within EU but Goods were shipped from UK (so, outside EU) eventhough VLAND does mention warehouses within EU. So delivery UK > EU will add extra cost Duty/Taxes and most of all delays in Customs. Installed after a few days, a number of panels needed to be removed (for the extra wiring) and reinstalled afterwards. for 3 of the 4 lighting parts the "fit" was good, Right outer light needs/needed some adjustment. Lighting is better than expected.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I order a set of taillights for a dodge challenger and never received a tracking number nor did they respond to any of my messages. I contacted PayPal who reached out to them then they responded with a tracking number. When the package arrived it was a set of old useless used taillight housings looked like they came from a salvage yard. I am still trying to get my money back through PayPal. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! STAY AWAY!!!
