You claimed that I used a fraudulent card, how you were able to successfully charge the subscription fee from the same card for the past five months. Please refrain from making false statements to deflect responsibility.
I’ve been requesting cancellation of my subscription since March 10, but you dismissed my emails, claiming they went to your spam folder. It’s unacceptable for legitimate customer communication to be treated as spam.
Additionally, if you’re sending automated emails, they should be clearly marked as such. Instead, your emails are sent under female names, which seems like a tactic to make them appear more personal or appealing. However, when customers respond, their replies are ignored or end up in spam—this is both unprofessional and misleading.
