I haven't bought the bot yet, but I challenged the bot author about a bad review on trust pilot, told him it's not good for his brand and to clear the air in the not positive review, I demanded explanations through the comments section on his pocket pips channel, I noticed he deleted my comments and left the positive comments on the platform. Whenever I checked through another YouTube account, I won't see my comments, but if I check the comments through the YouTube account I used in demanding for answers, I would see the questions, what this means is that he has deleted the question for general access by his subscribers or viewers, they won't see it, but being the person who asked the question, I would be the only one to see my own question. This could be the reason why we only see positive reviews on his comments section. Other unfavorable reviews or complaints could have been deleted. I never knew channel owners could delete comments until I discovered what he did to me, I researched and found out that comments on YouTube channel can indeed be deleted by the admin. His action is a red flag that this results may not be entirely true as we are made to believe, the videos could be edited, people should be careful so they don't lose their hard earned money....people should demand live trading from him, he should announce the live ahead of time so people could join and verify. All that glitters is not gold indeed.

Be Careful – Poor Service & Misleading Results

I want to share my honest experience with this YouTuber and his AI trading robot. Unfortunately, it’s been very disappointing.

After purchasing the robot, I quickly realized that customer service is almost non-existent. It’s been over three weeks since I raised an issue, and all I keep hearing is “be patient.” No real help, no solution, and even when I suggested switching to a different version like the Pocket Option robot—which he agreed to—nothing ever happened. Complete silence.

What’s worse is that the results he shows in his videos are completely different from what we actually get. In reality, it’s just consistent losses, nothing close to what’s advertised. I feel like the videos are made to look good just to convince people to buy, but the actual product doesn’t deliver at all.

I’m honestly starting to feel this is a scam. He doesn’t care about the customers once the payment is made. So to anyone considering this:
👉 Don’t be fooled by the nice words and polished YouTube content.
👉 Ask real users before buying.
👉 If someone avoids giving proper support or blames you for everything, that’s a red flag.

I really hope this helps others avoid wasting time and money like I did.
