I’m a heart failure patient who has to watch my sodium intake and I used the wellness test to track that.

I found Vivoo to be a very useful product! It gave me valuable insights into my body's health, particularly my pH, calcium, magnesium, and sodium levels. The test is simple and easy to use at home, making it accessible for anyone looking to monitor their health. I’ll definitely be purchasing more strips in the near future as I continue my health journey. Highly recommend!

Very helpful with dietary and nutritional needs. The advice on how to improve on each of these is very advantageous. I did not realize how dehydrated I was before using Vivoo. Using this has made me aware that I need to have more electrolyte and water intake.

I am able to see what i may be low in. So i can make adjustment to improve how i feal and enjoy a healthier life.

vivoo quit supporting my tests and when I raised this as a concern they replaced them with the current version

UPDATE: The company responded and shipped out the product, which was received on 2/18. Product appears to work as promised, but I'll hold out on a higher star rating for a little more use and experience with the product. Thankful for the company responding and compensating for their shipping mishap.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: This may be the world's greatest product, but I wouldn't know.
Ordered it back on January 25th, and they still haven't even sent me a shipment notification 16 days later.

I've now contacted customer service twice, most recently today after six days ago they promised to have it shipped to me within 4 to 5 days, and they would issue the shipment notification that same day. Still nothing.

I was so impressed with the product, I purchase six more and gave them to family members for Christmas. I wanted something to check and see if my vitamin patches were actually working, and this gave me very accurate information. I repeat the test about every 3 weeks. I am 80 years old. Easy to use app and instructions.

These tests have helped me better understand what’s going on inside my body! I can confirm if my magnesium is low. Or my calcium intake needs a boost. How I am sitting on my water intake! I enjoy everything about these tests and what it has to offer! A peace of mind for a fraction of the cost of seeing a health care provider!

I have been using the Vivoo test to check different things for health reasons. I have found that it gives me very good insight into what I may be missing and what I am doing well such as hydration or calcium. I would recommend if you are trying to stay healthy or just make sure that you are not consuming to much of something.

It is interesting to find out what is going on with your body. It has helped me to see what i need from week to week. Good product that are easy to use.

Great product. Health is wealth and truly a currency worth investing in. Helped me to pinpoint some of my deficient areas. Water in particular. Strange because I THOUGHT I was hydrated and drinking enough.

The product, which is sold at Sam's Club, requires an account registration on the Vivoo web site to get the test results analysis. Once you provide Vivoo an email address they send multiple emails regarding their product. Attempting to unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link provided in their email does not work. The company does not respond to email requests sent to their support email address and the only way they provide support is via email. The phone number provided on their company Facebook page states the "customer is not available". If you look up the physical company address in Google Maps, the street view shows a shared office space that is under construction. This is very concerning as the information they are collecting should be subject to HIPAA. **1/14/25, I see Vivoo entered a response which completely ignored that I did reach out to them previously, while logged onto their site, and they did not respond. Why would I send another email if you have not responded to the others that were sent?**

Update 13.02.2025:
Vivoo reimbursed the full amount on 13.01.2025, and the case os officially closed.
I have added two stars for Vivoo acting fast and just.
Overall, the product has met my expectations. I am just not satisfied with how hard it has to be to cancel the subscription, and no possibility to make a one-time-buy.

Update 08.01.2025:
Vivoo swiftly replied to my email, cancelled the shipment, cancelled future shipments, and wrote that they would reimburse the cost.
After one week, no reimbursement has been received.
I will update again when the money has been reimbursed.

I have cancelled my subscription almost a year ago, yet they just withdrew from my account for another years worth of strips. As I haven't logged into my account for almost a year (since I cancelled my subscription), I can no longer log into my account to do or check anything. The "forgot password" button does not prompt an email to be sent to me.

I have filed a written request regarding this case, when this is answered, I can revise this comment and the 1 star - but until then, I strongly urge people to not use Vivoo, as you cannot unsubscribe.

I use to help me with my marathon training, I need to make sure I’m hydrated. My sodium levels are good because I sweat a lot and exert a lot of energy so this puts my mind at ease.

I have already changed my health metrics for the better, and this will help me be consistent. Vivoo seems a real stride forward in self monitoring and I am v glad I discovered the company. Want to see what they do next.

I’m hooked! I never thought I would be looking forward to peeing on a stick! But I gotta get my score up!!!
