Lo que era la multipropiedad de toda la vida pero cariiiiiisimo, 365 días al año, Divido entre 42 días... son 8 y picó.. pongo 8... casas por 1320000€ y un mantenimiento de cada uno de los propietarios de 2200€ al año, por 8 propietarios mas de 26000€ por casa... estáis locos... algún tonto caerá... con ese dinero te puedes ir muchos muchos años a Menerca o Baqueria de vacaciones cuando te de la gana, no cuando ellos digan....

Nuestra experiencia en la casa ha sido espectacular, de 10. Espectacular la decoración, la limpieza, los detalles, el entorno …. Gracias Marta por ofrecernos esta escapada y estar pendiente de nuestra estancia. Altamente recomendable. Volveremos porque la isla ha sido todo un descubrimiento . Todo de 10!!!!

Había estado en Formentera una vez, pero nada comparable con esto. Ha sido mágico, al llegar a la espectacular villa estaba todo perfecto, no podiamos pedir mas. Llegar a la casa simplemente te deja sin aliento, hay una vibra diferente, te envuelve totalmente en el vibe formenterano. El equipo VIVLA estuvo pendiente todo el rato para asegurarnos una estancia exquisita. Sin duda repetiremos.

Estancia exquisita en una casa magnífica para pasar unos días y desconectar! Servicio muy atento y eficiente. Lo hemos disfrutado mucho, repetiremos sin lugar a dudas. Gracias a todo el equipo y en especial a Marta!!

Villa Fir es una maravilla de casa, muy bien pensada para el esquí, con muy buenos materiales, y muy buenas vistas. Ya la probe en marzo la última temporada. La experiencia como tal es muy buena, uno se siente en casa y sin tener los líos de otra residencia secundaria, y el staff de vivla te ayuda con todo. Esa última semana he podido reservar mis periodos para la temporada de esquí 23-24, en total 17 días de esquí divididos en 3 periodos. He podido seleccionar periodos que me cuadran perfectamente en febrero y Semana Santa, y eso que por orden de compra era uno de los últimos en eligir. En fin que la organización y la app me parecen un 10, el algoritmo que permite eligir vacaciones tb me parece muy equitativo y sobre todo muy bien pensado. Vivla me parece muy bien montado y después de haber dado todos esos pasos con ellos me parece muy recomendable.

I’ve been visiting Formentera for decades. Living at Vivla amazing house at Cala Saona has been the best experience ever. The quiet, private and seamlessly integrated with the Nature property makes this house a Real luxury staying in the island. We are passionate about creating our own experiences and enjoyed sessions of cooking, playing music and several activities. The place provides different environments with endless possibilities. You can feel that you could create your own different staying experience each time. An infinite canvas for infinite joy. Cala Saona, arguably the best Cala in Formentera, is so close that you can feel that you are living near the Paradise Doors.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the enchanting Formentera Vivla house, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled amidst picturesque countryside and in close proximity to the stunning Cala Saona Beach, this hidden gem provided the perfect setting for a wonderful week in Formentera.

Upon stepping into the house, I was immediately greeted by a warm and cozy ambiance, which clearly showcased the efforts of the Vivla team in creating a welcoming and serene atmosphere.

The house itself was bathed in an abundance of natural light, thanks to its large windows. The living area was spacious and comfortable and the/my bedroom was fantastic, with a luxurious bed.

Also, I have to mention the magnificent outdoor space the house offered, including a magnificent swimming pool. It truly felt like an oasis of serenity, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the natural beauty of Formentera while enjoying the charms of the island. I wholeheartedly recommend both the house and the island itself, as well as the exceptional Vivla team, who proved to be both charming and efficient in attending to our needs. Thank you, Vivla, for a truly memorable stay.

Great location! The house is comfortable, very well equipped and has been tastefully furnished and decorated. Vivla has prepared our stay by paying great attention to detail.

We stayed 4 days in VillaFir, Baqueira. The house is spectacular, in a perfect surrounding, very quiet and ideal for family relaxation and skiing! It is perfect for a family, group of friends... You feel at home very quickly. Everything is ready to enjoy from the first moment you get there.
The Experience Manager made everything very easy for us. Of course, 100% recommendable.
Vivla is going to create a trend with its great team and its great model!

Tuvimos la suerte de poder vivir en la Casa Villa Fir en Baqueira los primeros días de enero. Fue un autentico lujo, es una casa muy cómoda y disfrutamos cada momento. La ubicación es inmejorable para poder disfrutar el plan de esquí a lo máximo.
La atención de la Experience Manager nos hizo sentir en casa, fue todo perfecto en todos los momentos y no le falto ningún detalle, un servicio muy personalizado que se agradece mucho.

We went to a Vivla’s house in Formentera to spend a few days with some friends and the experience was amazing. The house was beautiful, they took care of everything and thought of every detail so we could feel at home. They even arranged for us a really nice lunch at the house which we really enjoyed.
