Right to my door, easy setup, great price. Never disappointed with Viví and use it everyday to commute.

I have not received this order after 4 months.

Battery mount on the fat tire bike is the worst thing ever! It broke apart and the 3 mounting screws are a joke for such a heavy battery. Bike is dead because it looks like the motor controller smoked and now have an error 30 code. Also you have to get parts from china with a 20-30 day delivery!!

I contacted Vivi after my purchase when the completely assembled product, my wife’s Christmas present, did not even come close to operating as advertised. I was told that I would be refunded some of my purchase price, and after a long time never heard from your company again, until now. I am very dissatisfied with this bike, like I said, performs way below the advertised specifications. In no way would I ever do business with this company in the future, not just because the bike doesn’t work, but due to the entire attitude of your staff and failure to follow up.
After receiving a response from a Vivi representative, it was the same story on a different day. Vivi still refuses to reimburse me for the product, which is literally junk, and not even a mention of what I was told about a partial refund when I first brought the problem to their attention. I would not recommend this company to anyone especially a family member or friend. I was told that I would have to repackage, in the original container, and ship the bike at my expense. The packaging couldn’t have been reused in any world, and the cost was north of the price I paid originally which the response was simply, it’s not Vivi’s problem. Needless to say, the company is not honest and in no way reputable

I ordered the wrong battery for my VIVIEBIKE on March 17 Order VIVI5689. I got approval to return battery and Fedex said you received it two weeks ago. I have not received a refund or any word from you since.

I really enjoy the bikes. I wish the handle bar could extend up so you aren't leaning forward so much, but I understand now that I probably would have to order a different style. It's fine for me, but my wife would like to be more upright.
The reason for 3 stars and not more is because after the first 8 mile trip, the push button shifter on the right side of the handle bar is not working right. You can still move it with your thumb, but the push button part is not working. Also the front brakes on one bike are constantly rubbing. If you lift front tire off the ground and spin it, the tire stops before 2 revolutions because of the brake not being in the correct position. Hopefully I can look up some YouTube and figure out how to adjust it but there's no adjustments in the instruction manual.

After our 3rd ride, the front tire of my wife's bike is now flat. Mine is not flat and they are identical, so maybe she just was unfortunate.

All in all they are fun to use and love that we can go on extended rides without worrying about her knee injury flaring up the next day. Since returning the bikes is not really an option once you open the package unless there is some major quality issue, we will be using these bikes for hopefully many years. I had originally thought I might purchase extra batteries to double the range, but after realizing the price of the battery was more than half the price of the whole bike I dismissed that thought.
If I could do it over I might get a different style for my wife that's a little more comfortable for her but this is going to end up working out for now.
They come packed really securely and assembly is pretty easy.
Also a big reason I purchased was due to free shipping. Lots of nice ebikes out there, but I'm not gonna buy a similar priced bike from somewhere else just to pay $150 and up to ship it.

I received what I ordered but the problem is the time to get it took 2 weeks. You should offer it through Amazon so I have the option to get it faster at a lower shipping price.

I had one of your bikes same as I have now and the same as I thought then but so much better and the price is aswome

Great. My bike is working again, the knock offs weren’t working.

I bought two MT26G e bikes; one of which has a defective cadence sensor; which results in "pedal assist" and "pedal boost" not working properly; second bike all works properly. So far, I am not getting any response from Vivibikes to replace defective sensor.

Really like the bike. Assembly was straightforward.

I would increase the length of the seat post as it was too short and had to buy new ones on both bikes.

Also a key or some mechanism to ‘turn off the bike’ would be good so the battery can be left on the bike if on a rack while in class and not in use.

Overall, really like the bike.

I continue to be impressed by the Vivi Bike Company. I bought the bike a year ago and it has been a joy to ride. I hammer it hard and it keeps on coming back for more.

Now, I've had two interactions with the Service Department and I am blown away by their excellent responsive to my requests for support. I recently discovered two broken spokes on my rear wheel and the shop where I get my bike fixed did not have that spoke. I contacted Vivi contacted for replacements and received the replacement spokes quickly. And the cost for the replacement spokes was really reasonable. I had a similar experience last fall when I needed to replace my lost battery keys.

These guys are really good. Buy a bike from these guys.
