I still do not have my bike
I still do not have my bike. U guys closed they case because it was delivered. I told u fed ex delivered to the wrong address. So how am i suppose to be out the money. This would have been zero stars but that wasnt an option. Its cool on here u say we will replace the missing bike that fed ex delivered to the wrong address but on my email thatbno other potential customer can read u say fed x delivered the bike. And i agree fed ex did deliver this bike but they delivered it to someone else. The house in the is not mine!

Dear Customer: Hello. Due to differences in seatpost dimensions between our new and old bicycle saddle models, there may be slight variations. This could result in you ordering the wrong item or receiving the wrong shipment. Please contact our after-sales customer service at service@viviebike.com, sending a picture of your bicycle model and the vehicle label information from your frame. Our customer service will then match the correct saddle and send it to you free of charge.
I had several problems with it some due…
I had several problems with it some due to shipping and the others due to QC. I had to replace the Bottom Bracket(the sensor that has the pedal shaft through it) and the brake pads needed adjustment, the brake lever wasn't adjusted correctly so the motor didn't engage sometimes. But I must say their service department was very helpful with supplying me the parts I needed, replying in a very timely manner. It's up and running fine now. The sensor on these Ebikes is a game changer. It will give you more miles and you still get a nice ride with some exercise. Overall very happy now. I'm tool savy and I learned a lot from what I had to do. The Box was also damaged in shipping and that may have caused the brake needing adjustment. Lot of fun to ride!

Vivi bike has the worst customer service. DO NOT BUY from this company. I got my bike damaged and have been emailing them for 2 weeks now to return the bike and they come up with excuses. Worst customer service, worst company I have ever dealt with.

The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because there were no directions included and it took a lot of back and forth to understand how to open the battery. Other than that,so far so good.

The bike is exactly as advertised. Smooth ride with or without electric assist. Battery holds charge for a lot longer than my normal rides which are around one hour. Very happy with this purchase.

Amazing amazing bike
Amazing amazing bike. It took a hot minute to put together, but the online videos combined with the manual got me through it. I was a once a week trail rider here in Costa Rica and now I’ve been riding between 15 and 30 km pretty much every day since I had the bike all set up. Beautiful Italian design and everything works just as it should.
