Riding bike as usual and came up to stop light and while waiting the bike broke in half. Yes in half. Luckily I was not in middle of riding. Contacted company and they didn’t care. Was told that it has been over 1 year and will not do anything.

Don't ever buy anything from them. The customer service is the worst. They made it extremely difficult if not impossible to return a part that I purchased. It was only $40. I told them I could afford the $40 but I would share my story on social media and see how much a bad review would cost them.

Well I received a long part and I'm trying to return it to get the correct part I hope you all still work with me this has been a trusting process for both of us believe it I'm homeless on the streets and scraping pennies together to try to get this bike running again $190 out of my pocket sure seems like a lot right now I need this bike to run thank you

I like the bike. there were a few spots that the paint was scratched on the frame, possibility from the shipping. It does not affect the function of the bike; it is more cosmetic. I will keep an eye out for corrosion on the unpainted areas. Other than that, the bike works well.

Bike is very solid, fast and much more durable then my last purchase.

Item arrived a day late but was in great condition can't wait to install it on my bike

everything went well. parts came on time was what I ordered. The only reason not a five is it is plastic. The holder is not strong enough for the support of the battery. I will have to do something for support or it will happen again.

Took three months for me to get a battery base mount for my e-bike. Kept saying out of stock

Customer service is horrible to non existent. I own 2of there bikes. The display meter went bad on one. The bike will not work at all. The meter has been discontinued. I’m trying to deal with customer service to have them offer me a substitute meter but all they are saying is that it has been discontinued. What a shitty company.

Love the bike. The price was right. My only problem is that it was harder to put together than I thought. I was lucky someone was around to help me.

Everything went well

Ordered a replacement part and it came damaged. Had to pay for having it replaced. Company wanted to either send me another one meaning I would have to pay a second time for replacing it or I could get half my money back meaning I was still paying for a damaged part.

Control does not work. Battery is fully charged. Worthless as it sits now.

Customer Service is non existent. I called to get help troubleshooting a bike I recently received. For a whole week I tried to contact someone to help me. I would call the hotline and they would take my information and say someone will call me, but they never did, I tired the online chat system, but they are in some weird time zone and even waking up at 7am to try and chat they were only there long enough for one message, and guess what that message was, just asking information so some can get back to me. I ended up doing my own troubleshooting and determined the most likely culprit was the battery, This was a gamble though, because the batteries were non refundable. The battery did end up fixing my issue but it was a level of troubleshooting to get to that determination that I would not expect the average consumer to go through, I ended up disassembling the entire bike, and running everything with with a power controller and multimeter to find the issue. I am certain anyone else would have just thrown the bike away at that point.

Received my h7ul bike 6 days after ordering. Got here on Friday June 19 th. Spent the afternoon assembling it.had no issues with anything. Went on a 2 mi test ride. All good. Adjusted handlebars and seat, and rode 28.5 miles on mixed use trails in garland, tx. In 2 hrs ride time, with 272 ft total elevation change. Averaged 12 mph. So It has not appeared to have any problems. I am 79 years and this is the very thing I needed to get my mileage back up. I am pleased with the bike. No complaints about anything, except is there a way to keep the electrics on when taking a break?

Customer Service is horrible. I have been trying to resolve an issue for 10 days now and it is still not resolved. Your automatic reply says solutions within 24-48 hours and that is not true. I don't understand why Vivi won't respond in a timely manner. When I call the hotline, it is just an answering service. When I you send an email, it is not current and offers no solutions.

Nice bike and good price however the directions could be more clear.

It fit was a little different at the end of the plug

The charger I was sent was the wrong one for my bike. I am waiting for the correct charger to be sent to me. I will give a better review when I receive it.
