Not impressed at all. Awful material. See threw, so asked to return and get refund . They are asking for video evidence. What!
It's unsuitable, not good quality etc. it's within my right to return and be refunded.
Why an investigation? Please advise how to return and get my refund. Scam,???? Well here we go. Got a reply. Apparently they use a 3rd party to send you the cheap nasty garment. So you buy from them, Vivienne London. They take your money,never telling you a 3rd party involved. And guess what, yep it's my responsibility to pay to send it back to China,?!?!? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
And they want proof! Vivienne London. Shame on you . Give me my money back from your company who I purchased the garment from . Well it's the 9th July and again had an e mail from this company, basically saying, got your money,not our concern. Return it to the factory in china .
Total misrepresentation by this company. They gave a misleading impression that you were buying from them, Vivian studios London, but no, they take your money, then go on line and buy a cheap unsuitable garment which is shipped to your address. Their returns policy quite clearly states. 30 day return guaranteed.if it does not meet your expectations you can return within 30 days of receipt. Before returning contact customer services.tell us the reason so we can process your request correctly. Well process it please with yourselves and not the man in china. These are your terms as stated on your website. I've contacted your customer services several times. But hey you've got my payment and don't care. Do the decent thing. I'll send the garment to you,who I bought it from and you can refund me . 10th July. No reply. So found the registered office. 28 Kensington high Street London. Will return and you can refund as per your T&C within ,30 days .
