Great company to work with! Automated workflow and nice places to stay. We are happy to indicate that we like working together with them.

Very disappointing experience with Vivi Homes. The property itself was nice and clean, but the customer service was extremely poor.

After checkout, I realised I had left an expensive item at the property. I contacted them several times and was repeatedly promised that someone would get back to me, but nobody ever did. I was still nearby and could have easily collected it, but the lack of communication made this impossible.

It’s a shame that an otherwise good stay ended with such a poor experience. I would not book with Vivi Homes again.

We rented a property directly through the management company’s website for a week in Marbella. Both the condition of the apartment and the service we received fell well short of what was advertised.

We arrived early and were asked to wait until the official check-in time, which was reasonable. However, at 16:00 we found that the extras we had paid for separately were either missing or unusable: the baby cot was unassembled, the high chair was in poor condition, and the cot linen was not provided.

We called their advertised “24h service” at 16:15 to report this. After several calls, we were told they were short-staffed and could only attend to us the following day, with no time given. At the time of writing, we are still waiting.

The photos published online do not reflect the condition in which the property was handed over to us. I am attaching pictures taken on arrival so you can judge for yourself.

I have requested a refund for the remaining nights and have received no response to date.

En udlejers oplevelse

Efter at have oplevet Vivi-Homes på tæt hold i en hele sæson, kan selskabet desværre ikke anbefales. Som udlejer har vi oplevet følgende:

1) Ødelagt aircondition, som ikke erstattes af selskabet. Ingen info til udlejer i den forbindelse, og heller ikke ansvar i den forbindelse.
2) Manglende opgørelse af inventar, hvilket skyldes at selskabet har en række underleverandører (rengøringsselskaber), og der ikke er kontinuitet i den forbindelse.
3) Vivi Homes havde ved flere lejligheder glemt at låse hoveddøren. Den længste episode var 20 dage.
4) Du får ikke one-point-of-contact, og skal således starte dialogen og samarbejdet påny hver gang.
5) Flere lejere igennem Vivi Homes affødte klager fra naboer. 3-4 tilfælde, som de undskyldte hver gang med en garanti for, at det ikke ville ske igen.

Alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse. Men også - for os - dyr oplevelse, som vi ikke ønsker for nogen andre.
