Recently migrated from eventbrite

Recently migrated from eventbrite, at fist I was a bit concerned about the migration but was put at ease as I wasn’t the first one doing this.

I’m overall quite happy with the services offered and for once whatever was promised to me was actually delivered.

Kudos to the customer success team who have actually answered my calls whenever I needed help.

All hail to vivenu!

I don't write reviews, but they deserve it. Finally, our owner acted, and we got a new system. vivenu. I love it. Plain and simple. Hey, I can create a new event in 5 minutes. So nice. And we have almost 250 a year. Dashboard = great. Just...it makes my life so easy. Plus, money, money, money. We had the best launch to a season yet - sure plays, cast, and all matter, but we just understood when and who to sell what to muuuch better this year. Germans... just love it.

vivenu, third year, breakthrough year

We are going into the third year with the tech and the biggest benefit is how much more intelligent we have become. Access to every data point we generate has really opened our eyes to where we went wrong in the years before. It was tough to admit that, but since we act on the insights we got from the platform, we are finally increasing attendance levels again, and we do run a very professional membership program now with loyalty points and all. We are 6 people in ticketing. So not super big, but the program is better then most of our bigger comeptitors' and thats because the memberships module is easy to use and super quick to setup and manage. Personal take: It is also more fun. Small negative aspect: Their support is more of a customer development function. They provide great input, but it is just too much. We are more the one step at a time company. They'd have us take a leap at a time.

Ich habe Anfang Dezember Tickets…

Ich habe Anfang Dezember Tickets gekauft. Das Geld kam heute, Anfang Januar, zurück.
Ohne Info. Nichts.
Tickets im Wallet sind ungültig.

Ich bin absolut enttäuscht und finde diese Kommunikationspolitik sehr fragwürdig. Vllt weil es keine gibt.

ich verstehe den Ärger über die plötzliche Absage ohne Nachricht absolut. Zur Klärung: vivenu liefert die Software für den Ticketshop, aber wir verwalten nicht die Buchungen oder die Kommunikation mit den Käufern.

Da der Veranstalter eigenständig über Absagen und Erstattungen entscheidet, kontaktieren Sie diesen bitte direkt. Nur dort kann man Ihnen sagen, warum die Tickets entwertet wurden.

ich kann gut nachvollziehen wie frustrierend es ist wenn man ein Ticket nicht stornieren kann. Zur Klarstellung: vivenu stellt lediglich die technische Software für den Ticketshop bereit. Wir legen keine Stornierungsbedingungen fest und haben keinen Zugriff auf die Zahlungen.

Da der Veranstalter allein über die Erstattungsregeln entscheidet bitten wir Sie sich direkt an dessen Support zu wenden.

ich kann verstehen wie ärgerlich es ist wenn man zahlt aber keine Tickets erhält. Zur Klärung: vivenu stellt nur die Software für den Shop bereit aber wir sind nicht der Verkäufer und halten nicht Ihr Geld.

Bitte prüfen Sie auf Ihrem PayPal Beleg den Namen des Veranstalters und kontaktieren Sie diesen direkt. Nur dort kann man Ihre Zahlung prüfen und die Tickets versenden.

Double charges clients and take no accountability. All they do is asking to contact the organisers but VIVENU is responsible for payments! Useless “no-reply” emails or chat messages where you can’t even attach a statement prove them wrong is used in an attempt to get away with their lame services. Worst payment gateway ever and no company should ever use it.

Hi Cesar, I can see why seeing a double charge on your statement is incredibly frustrating. To clarify, vivenu provides the ticketing software infrastructure but we are not the payment gateway and do not hold your funds. Since the event organizer manages all billing and transactions, please contact them directly. They are the only ones who can verify your statement and issue a refund.

AVOID - UTTER WASTE OF SPACE & FORBIDDEN FOREST

Utter waste of space. I'm trying to contact them via all forms of communication and they WILL NOT respond. All email addresses including forbidden forest are not replying. These ticket companies should not be allowed to trade in the UK if they cannot provide support. I will be finding other avenues to report them. Utter disgrace.

Because the organizer holds your order data and sets the policies, you will need to reach out to their official team for a response. We simply provide the digital storefront they use

Customer Support not responding & their website is a broken mess!

I have to pay an installment. 24h prior to my installment date, i have went to my account and added a new payment method and switched the new method to primary. I also tried to delete the previous payment method but it wouldn't allow me.
When the installment date arrived, my changes were ignored and they attempted to take payment from the previous payment method which failed for obvious reasons and said they would attempt to take payment again the following day.
I immediately contacted support and now, 48h later, still no response with the payment failing a second time. I never used Vivenu before and clearly this will be the last time as i now have no trust in their operational capabilities.

Update 23/02/2026: I can not even log into my account anymore. I am still charged money for my ticket installments nut I can not access my Vivenu account. It won't even let me reset my password the normal way as I do not get a password reset email (I checked my filters). I had to go around and request a password reset email through my own order receipt link. After resetting my password, it still told me that my details are incorrect. They are in fact correct. Their website is completely broken and Vivenu is most likely hiring their staff based on diversity and "cultural fit" rather than skill & expertise.

Hi Andy, I can see why those payment and login issues are incredibly frustrating. To clarify, vivenu provides the software infrastructure but the event organizer holds full administrative control over the payment gateway and customer support.

Since they manage the specific billing rules and account access for their event, you will need to contact their official team directly to resolve these technical hurdles. We simply don't have the authorization to modify your personal billing data.

Standard pre written replies. Holding a refund for a hyrox flexi ticket and keep saying 5 working days about 20 working days have now past.

I can certainly see why waiting 20 days for a refund is frustrating when you were expecting it within five. To clarify, vivenu provides the ticketing software infrastructure for HYROX but we do not process or hold the ticket funds.

Since the event organizer manages their own payment gateway and refund approvals, please reach out to the HYROX support team directly for an update. We simply do not have the administrative authorization to issue or speed up these payments.

Sehr übersichtliche Website und nettes Team!

Wir haben mit Vivenu sehr gute Erfahrungen für unsere zwei Großveranstaltungen gemacht. Die Plattform ist sehr übersichtlich und einfach zu bedienen.
Das Team dahinter ist super nett und immer hilfsbereit. Ich war persönlich im Düsseldorfer Büro vor Ort und mir wurde immer schnell weitergeholfen.

Hinzu kommt ein hervorragender Service und Support - keine KI oder unnötige Robots, sondern echte Menschen, die einem weiterhelfen!
