I was told by the company live chat it takes 15 mins to get a reply it’s now been over 2 hours and I have got nothing as to why I’m not getting emails back to confirm with me how long my account will take to get verified even though it was already verified I just want to know how long till my account is verified again so I can withdraw

I’m mostly using the mobile version. Loads faster than some bigger bookmakers honestly. Bets place instantly and balance updates correctly every time so far.

Firstly, had I written a review two weeks ago for this company it would have been a 5 star review. Sign up and verification process quick and straight forward, nice promotions, good odds on most major sports and lightening fast withdrawals.
I signed up a few months ago and made many deposits and withdrawals without any problems. Some weeks I was up some down, nothing spectacular.

Then a couple of weeks ago I had a good run. When I went to withdraw which had always been smooth before I was refused and asked for extra verification, despite having already passed a verification process and having made many deposits and withdrawals.
The extra verification process (as highlighted in other reviews on here) entailed email after email from the "security department" requesting more and more obscure items. For example a selfie of myself, simultaneously with in one hand an ID and another hand a phone with an email from them showing on it. They would never send a full list of their requirements. Simply email one more thing again and again after taking time to verify the previous request.
It then got to the point they were asking me to provide a bill or letter with ANOTHER person's name on it apparently to prove my address. It is evident that not only would this not allow them to verify my ID or address, I would expect it would breach GDPR guidelines. I raised my concerns with them about the legality of this. Initially they seemed unconcerned and just told me to forward another person's data. I kept telling them this was not appropriate but they happily kept asking and telling me I couldn't get my money until it was done. Eventually after much time and effort a "compliance" person said they would look into this but it would take 28 days to see if their processes were GDPR compliant.

While this was going on some other strange things occurred. Bonuses they promised me before and said would be forthcoming were now not going to be. Eventually they gave me one, but I haven't received the others and they told me I was not eligible for bonuses any more. Despite only a few days previous awarding me a "loyalty bonus".

I also discovered a problem on their website which I demonstrated to them by sending screenshots. When making a selection to bet on, the wrong odds would appear in my bet slip. This was not just on one market, but everything I was looking to bet on. They seemed completely unconcerned about this problem and the possibility of people placing bets at the wrong odds. They told me they would look into the problem but I can report that 2 weeks later it is still not working and they have provided no update whatsoever to me. I asked them to send a warning email to clients that they knew of this problem, but they refused to do this because they said I was only one reporting it. This I think is rather disrespectful to clients knowing that such problems exist on their website and have been reported to them they carry on regardless.

Their chat people can be very unhelpful and to the point where they just block you from contacting them. This despite me reporting these issues to them to highlight things that would be potentially be problems.

As their investigations into whether their verification processes breach GDPR legislation and wrong odds appearing in betslip are still ongoing, I will update this review when I have more information.

In the meantime I would suggest to people to be very wary when being asked for documents from them in case they are asking you for other people's data and to be careful with your bets because they could be supplying wrong odds in your bet slip.

Tried it during Liverpool match and everything reacted fast enough, no freezing. Had issues on other sites before during busy games but here was ok for me.

Withdrawals are actually pretty quick. One verification step confused me at first and I had to search settings for phone confirm, but after that everything worked alright.

At first, I thought nothing could be done. But to my surprise, Adam, Kevin, Ian, and Ernesta from the CS Support Team assisted me and walked me through the missing steps. They also escalated my account to their team for an exception — and voilà, I received an email confirming that the Welcome Bonus had been credited!

Lesson learned: always check the Terms of Use for every promotion because you might miss a requirement and end up not receiving the free bets or free spins.

Also, withdrawal requests are superb — no issues at all! Kudos to the CS Support Team!

I thought this was a good site it advertised 40 euros in free bets so when you sign up you get asked your bank details and off course you don't get asked to do everything to verify it at the time..they offered me a 40 euro accum which was nearly impossible to put on tryed today but I picked the horses but only the next race came up on the site plus I'd to put in a code jeez ..Which did not work the first time I tried they make life very difficult and the guy on support Kevin told me that I didn't have a free accum so I would not recommend this site..things sould be simple on a good site but not this one

They offer an attractive welcome bonus but it's so restrictive and ambiguous. You have to verify your phone number before you place a bet...but to verify it, you have to look for the verification yourself in the settings, it doesn't just show up automatically. Also, the bonus comes with very restrictive T&Cs, not only what minimum odds, but you can only bet on certain markets. It's all very deceiving. I didn't get my welcome bonus although I was promised they will make an exception, as 'they often do' so it's not just me who falls for it. You basically have to jump through a whole bunch of hoops to get it. Most bookies make it simple to get your welcome bonus, Vivatbet does not.
Also, half the time the website is not accessible, connection times out.
Much, much better options out there that make your experience simple and enjoyable, not an obstacle course. And that are accessible all the time unlike Vivatbet that sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
Also, they don't even offer bet builders.
