I received a hair topper from Viva Crown that I did not order. There is no receipt in the package, no name on the package of the company who sent the topper and no invoice number that I can give to the company for a return. They charged my credit card $40.98 and I do not know how they got my number unless it was from the Panara Bread hack that just happened. I traced the tracking number and it shows I received a pair of shoes. I did find a phone number on line and called them and the woman told me they sold shoes, but I did not receive shoes and have not ordered any shoes. I think there is a scam between these two companys; one is Viva Crown and the other is Vivaia Shoes who is what is connected to my tracking number. I would not order from these companies until I checked them out.

Product is nothing like it shows in the pictures, and because it ships from China your stuck. Returning would be too expensive. My fault for not catching that. Sadly, I will have to take the loss.

I was concerned that wearing a wig would be awkward and hot. This hair topper breathes so well! It is comfy and lightweight enough to wear all day in the heat. The pricing is unbelievable, and the quality is outstanding. My remedy for days with terrible hair in hot weather

I wear wigs a lot because I'm a dancer. These are sturdy enough to be utilized every night for performances! The quality endures styling, the value allows me to own many hues, and the dispatch is always lightening quick. Right now, my preferred brand

Product wasn’t even close to the ordered item. Said to send back for exchange, and provided some strange address. I asked for return payed label. They said no, that the product couldn’t be resold so it’s a loss for them.I said after all the trouble I just now want a refund. They said ok just return the item. Well if it can’t be resold why do you want it back. Sent back never heard, scam. I would NOT BUY from this site not to mention hair looks fake and I’m out $120. Dumbest thing I could have done is give them the tracking number as requested. I tracked it and 4 days after est delivery date there is no tracking on the package. Looked up address and it shows a residence.

Hair color was not as shown - way darker. Requested an exchange for another color and company response was they do not arrange return shipping and it came from China so cost to return is too high.

There is nothing in their literature as no refunds or returns due to shipping complications. Suggest you buy something from Amazon who can arrange returns or refunds.

The lady helping me is WONDERFUL!!! I started working w/her in December & I’m still going to her w/questions, for more wigs/toppers,… in February:) She’s very knowledgeable, listens patiently, tries to anticipate my needs & to meet my every whim. I just love her & the vivacrown products I have!!!

The hair is shiny and soft BUT not as advertised
Says it has a free part- it’s doesn’t
Says you can style it- you can’t
Says it’s like human hair- it’s not
Straight out if the bag, it’s falling apart
Shipping was expensive and slow.
Cost too much to return

If you want costume hair- this is it. Otherwise look elsewhere. Very disappointing but I got what I paid for- no I really didn’t.

This hair topper is definitely not human hair. It looks very fake and it is fastened so tight, you cannot change the style. Also, the company claims you can curl the hair topper, but the fake hair is so slippery it won't stay on the roller. It is nothing like the advertisement says.

The delivery time is very fast, my package arrived on time in 7 days

I ordered three different toppers, totaling close to $75.00. I ordered silver and white. They were nothing like the colors pictured, texture was terrible. I asked for a return label the next day. I was offered $15. and told to donate the hairpieces then they went up to $20. Then they offered to make me a "custom" piece based on pictures for another $100 or so. I offered to settle with them for half of what I paid and asked if there was a way to change the color by spraying or if this was indeed human hair could it be bleached and changed. No response. So Beware! They will give you and address to ship it back, knowing full well it costs more than what you paid. Do not buy from these people.

I would rate this a 0. I ordered 4 different hair toppers and the quality was awful and the color was way off. I ordered blonde with dark roots and it was a reddish color. Would definitely not recommend it would cost me more to return the product than with what I paid. Awful experience

I purchased from Vivacrown and the product I received was not as described. The hair texture does not match what was advertised, does not blend naturally, has a strong fishy odor, and looks greasy.

I emailed on August 11 and August 13 requesting a refund. I also followed up through the website contact form and WhatsApp on August 15. I received one reply asking if it was a color mismatch or quality issue, to which I clearly responded that it was a quality issue. Since then, I have had no further response.

It now feels like they are deliberately delaying to run out the 30-day return policy. Very disappointing experience.

The hair topper was not made well, impossible to blend in with my hair and the color did not match at all. I wanted to return it and was told it would cost as much to ship it back as I spent on the hairpiece itself. Vivacrown said they could send me $10.00 if I donated it. Do not buy anything from them, they are crooks.

I have ordered other pieces from other companies but it never matched. They helped me get my color right was very affordable. It looks natural ,not to shiny. I sent them a picture of my hair and they helped me with color. Very customer friendly and helpful.Easy to wear and comfortable.

I received my topper hair piece and it was horrible. It didn’t match my color it wasn’t good quality, it wasn’t human hair. Now it will cost me as much to return it than what I paid for it. Buyer beware.

Top notch. Wonderful customer service. I had a couple of small issues and Vivacrown
was right there offering solutions. I did purchase a topper with the help of everyone. The follow up to make sure everything went smoothly was a pleasant surprise. I would not hesitate to purchase again and highly recommend Vivacrown. Thank you.
