Tried 1 and now I’m buying bulk
Bought the lean & green VITHIT drink from Morrisons Daily one day and I have been hooked since. I’ve never been a fan of drinking just water and have always needed to drink it flavoured. Now I’m buying VITHIT drinks in bulk because I’m hooked and they’re so refreshing. 100% recommend and they deliver so quickly!

I am always on top of microdrink and functional drink industry and am a customer of waterdrop. But I have to say VitHits effervescent sachets really are great for traveling and compare to something sugar free LiquidIV, which we cannot get in Europe yet.

I purchased VitHit Orange
I purchased VitHit Orange, Mango and Passionfruit at a local supermarket where it was reduced to clear. I now know why......sorry all you who found it delicious....You're either delusional or the reviews are posted by the company. I found the drink discussing. Couldn't taste the fruit flavors for the overpowering taste of saccharine (supposedly the natural sweetener). Perform Vit-Hit you should be embarrassed to market a product of this type.....

We don't need to post any company reviews as the response from the public is overwhelmingly positive. Yes, there are some who don't like it, and that's OK. We cannot satisfy everyone although we do try, which is why we have a lot more than just one flavour. Oh, and we don't use saccharine at all. - VITHIT
They taste delicious and are refreshing
Easy to order - swift delivery - good packaging - drinks are delicious!! I have a bottle daily and enjoy the variety of flavours

Need to support loyal customers
I love this product and have been ordering the 3 boxes of 30 sachets for the past 2 years but when I order the package it’s not always available at the discount
Last time I had to email a number of times to get a code to use
For a customer who continues to purchase the product there is very little regard for loyalty
I should be offered the 10% discount without having to beg
It’s a pity that there is not more concern about their customers

Poor company service
Paid and Ordered items on Sunday 2nd March had not received email to confirm dispatch so on the 3rd emailed them, to get a reply day later to say half my order was out of stock and would i like a refund for the non stocked items, on the 5th i replied back to say post the items you do have in stock and refund me back for the items that our out of stock it is now the 11th no refund, So on the 12th now and everything has been sorted out now i believe that they did have email issues and thanks to Ellie everything is sorted now Thank you .
