The process was quick and efficient
The process was quick and efficient. Allowing me to do the least amount of work, because most of the work was done by the vital records process. I am pleased with this portion and just waiting for the finale, document received on my end.

Scam
I was unaware that when completing the request, it would not result in receipt of my certified birth certificate; instead, more paperwork and another fee. This felt like a scam to me. Although I was refunded my $89.00 payment, I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Out of four applications the last to were s;owed down and caught up because of the Solano county records department had to get a hold or someone out of the Solano county other record departent maps ect because I was born and raised there condi-19 just became the excuse not the problem county workers are over worked this person contacted me finally in person person he had sent back two paper records and checks before this while i stilled lived in ca still do not have my marriage license. i will try soon for that to if you need workers I live in Springhill Louisiana,71075 disabled but now live in a area where internet is dependable taught disadvanged hands on students since 1980 excepte eighet year a chef who worked the last 13 years for government tlow income teaching Job Corp contractor .

Still waiting for my Marriage Certificate
Sent my application for a marriage certificate and you received it on 6/8/2022. I have yet to receive my Mit in the mail at home. I just called your Customer Service # and was told it could take 3-5 weeks, today is 4 weeks so hence why I rated you 2 STARS ! I hope I receive it next week. They asked if my personal check had been cashed and I said I don't know - not at home right now so I'll check tonight. I hope it comes next week because I can't get my Husband's Social Security until I give SSA my marriage certificate after 42 years of marriage. Thanks Esther

This site just cheated me out of $89.00. I applied for a birth certificate. They sent me an application to take to health department. They said they don't have anything to do with birth certificates. I called the vital statics at my capital and wasvtold this site is a scam. They had already deducted the money from my card. SCAM
