Rubbish customer service
Ordered 3 bundles of 10 vitamins suffered really bad headaches so returned 2 bundles at my expense
Please check your refunds as they are incorrect no idea where they get this figure from refunding for less than one bundle back
Will not use again !!!

To clarify the refund:
The 50% discount applied because 3 bundles were purchased (it’s a multi-buy offer).
Once 2 bundles were returned, the order no longer met the offer terms.
The 1 bundle kept can’t remain at 50% off, because the promotion only works when buying and keeping all 3.
Your refund was therefore calculated correctly based on keeping 1 bundle at the normal single-bundle price, with the rest refunded.
We understand how this can be confusing, and we appreciate you taking the time to raise it.
