This was my first time ordering through vita plus Canada and I'm happier than a pig in poop. it was easy I found great deals on stuff I wanted
. they shipped fast the product were as advertised. and they tossed in some samples which with a background in sales I appreciate.
I'll order again for sure

Terrible customer service. Had to call 4 times to track down my order just for them to tell me they don't have the items in stock. Extremely rude and said if I cancel the items they'll charge me shipping on the rest but had no idea when my order would ship.
Don't waste your time with this place, get your stuff from a known on-line retailer.

Not a good website, everytime they will cancel the order

2 days after ordering, I'm told they don't have the flavor of pre-workout I ordered. I had to email back another flavor and then wait even linger to receive it. Not cool.

I’ve ordered from a lot of supplement suppliers and this is by far the best one. My 15 % code didn’t work so they made it right and hooked me up with a freebie of the product I wanted. Shipping was free and when my package arrived promptly( a day early) 👍 it had some free samples of protein powder and two diesel bars. They answered all my questions and are extremely helpful. I felt cared about by the staff. I even tweaked my order over the phone before it got sent because they were out of stock on certain flavours. All around a great experience. I will be ordering from them from now on!!

Canceled my account, received an email from Disney saying they reactivated the account and needed a credit card because old cc didn't work.
Called customer service was told account was hacked with millions of other customers info.
Said I had to request data removal when canceling Disney accounts and it will take 30 to 90 day's. But the will not garetentee it will be removed.
Customer service rep told me I'm liable not them for any of my information being hacked

FORGET CANADA FIRST. I TRIED TO GET THEIR SO CALLED BLOW OUT DEALS. I ORDERED AND WAS WONDERING WHY IT WAS TAKING SO LONG TO BE SHIPPED. I WAS THINKING IT WOULD BE SHIPPED NEXT DAY OR SOME SORT OF INFO. I WAS STARTING TO FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE.


I EVENTUALLY GOT A RESPONSE BY THEM REMOVING MY ORDER FROM BEING DELIVERED AND GOT A FULL REFUND. HUH? OK. LOL!!!! THAT JUST PROVES WHY I WAS FEELING UNCOMFORTABLE IN THE FIRST PLACE. SEEMED SKETCHY FROM START. 45 OR 50 BUCKS FOR THAT PARTICULAR BRAND? FISHY. ANYHOW, I AM PLEASED THEY JUST REFUND MY MONEY AND I REMOVE THEM FROM MY LIST OF STORES I DHOP FROM ONLINE. I NEVER HAD A WEIRD EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS WITH A COMPANY MY WHOLE LIFE.

I love vita plus protein powders. I buy the isolate and it's amazing. Purchasing in bulk, particularly when they have their 25% off bulk sales is an incredible deal. The variety of flavors is awesome and I've yet to try one that I wasn't delicious. My favorite is the Oatmeal brown sugar espresso! And the peanut butter cookie dough is right up there too. I love all things coffee flavoured and tried most of their coffee and coffee adjacent offerings and enjoyed all of them. Highly recommend!
Plus Canadian!

Vita Plus has been great to me. I have ordered a few times and they are great to work with. The whey flavours are wonderful! Every time my package has arrived quicker then expected, except one time, but that was my mess up and VPs costumer service was wonderful and very helpful to correct my mistake. I recommend Vita Plus to everyone I know. If you are in the market for supplements VP is a great way to get them.

Nothing but good things to say about vita plus, first time ordering and they have candy apple batches 27 for an insane deal. Cheapest I’ve found yet, and there other batch 27 flavours match the cheapest pricing you’ll find in Canada, except vita plus is cheaper because they don’t charge as much tax as other company’s ! They sent me my package on time and packaged well, they sent me extras as well which I always love- a delicious caramel candy egg protein sample and Miami vice bcaa sample. Was super happy with my order and granted to order again, especially batch 27! Would highly recommend these guys based on my experience. Don’t usually write lengthy reviews but was very happy with the pricing and the service ! A1

Phenomenal experience, my package was delivered in timely manner and there was freebies inside!

They left out an item, sent me expired product (multiple times), and the customer service is subpar.

Edit; I also bought 4lbs (3 different flavours) of protein and they didn’t send me even one single protein scoop… anywhere else each bag/ tub comes with a scoop.. they send one per order USUALLY, and sometimes zero.

Their bulk protein is one of the best tasting proteins in that price range. During promos, the price is amazing too.

I couldn't be happier with Vita Plus! Their bulk whey protein isolate is the best tasting and highest quality protein I've ever tried, and is almost as inexpensive as the whey protein concentrate I had been buying from my local Wal-Mart. When my order arrived, they had thrown in some samples of other supplements for me to try - I love when companies do this.

Even when there's a hiccup, the customer service is outstanding. I had ordered a product that was out of stock even at the manufacturer, and they sent me an e-mail offering substitutions the next morning. They even made an exception to their usual policy to make sure I got the value I expected when I put in my order.

I fully intend to buy all my supplements from Vita Plus in the future!
