The "Free delivery over £50" should have an additional message stating that the £50 is before VAT is added. Having ordered the three standard colours which appeared to be available in stock one of them wasn't so had to have a substitute. Delivery was slow, partly due to availability of stock but then the delivery company, having initially stated a time period on one day and showed the item was on schedule, didn't deliver it until the day after their initial message. It's too early to review the resin

First go with Vista resin... It won't be the last

A fantastic company my go to place for my craft resin although I would like to see moulds available of large types

I have unfortunely now had to go elsewhere for my resin. Have used vista for about 2 years and spent a fortune with them, as (when a good batch arrives) its lovely and clear. However their customer service has recently gone down hill with no one getting back to you and no phone number available on the website. Their dispatch times are sketchy - they say same day dispatch with a count down on their site but don't seem to stick to it.
I have on several occasions found bits in my resin - I don't mean crystallising I mean pieces of dirt or fluff and most recently was sent a yellow hardener which was the final straw for me. I now go to another brand which is a bit more expensive but the quality is amazing and their customer service is great-.something that means a lot when you have your own customers to satisfy!

I buy some of my pigments from here and they are the best I’ve ever used. They mix well. Wish they would do a lot more colours though. Customer service is excellent. Any problems are sorted quickly
