It doesn’t help to use the app
It doesn’t help to use the app. They keep sending prime appointments that I can easily access on my account and never sent me any appointment. To make it worse I kept getting the same email over and over again with the same time slots. I emailed and explained to them that I wanted a refund as the app wasn’t doing what was promised and the response I got was rude as well. Very displeased with the service.
I eventually got an appointment by myself by refreshing the website almost every 5 minutes. Waste of my money on this I would say.

Thirdly, Yes there was an issue with the same slots being sent, this was noted thanks to you and fixed within the hour I got home

Brilliant service from Visawarden. Super quick & to-the-point. They were professional & helped me/guided me with quick emails I sent to their support since time is of essence in these. Now I know where I’ll reach out next time I need an appointment. Amazing work & can’t recommend them enough.

I managed to actually beat the bot and it booked after me to change my appointment and they still refunded the cost based purely on my word.

Excellent and legit! Paid in the morning for Booking Plus, and got an appointment around 6pm the same day, prebooked for the date and time I have specified in Visa Warden's website. It saved me time and effort! Highly recommended!

Amazing service really cannot fault this. Got the most expensive option as i panicked due to an error in my previous visa application leading to it being rejected. I go away in less than 2 months to study and my previous appointment was scarily far away. Anyway, signed up and paid for this website 2 hours ago and already it has found an appointment for 3 days away, brilliant service well worth the money wow.

I was hoping to have an appointment in a week but the appointment I got is almost 1 month away. There is no one to reach out and have information. They got me the appointment there is already on the system which I could see. Where is the point having appointment from them? they wasted my money!!!!

Hello, multiple points:
1. We claim to get you an appointment within a week of purchasing our service, that does not mean you will get an appointment scheduled within the next 7 days, as we do not control appointment releases.
2. You have already reached out to our support and received assistance, so I am unsure why you claim there is no one to speak to
3. If you're looking for a specific date or time range, as specified on our website, you need to purchase the booking plus package, otherwise you receive the first appointment available, which you have.
4. You were even given complimentary booking plus despite your own error, to say you've been unassisted is disingenuous
Visa Warden did not disappoint
Visa Warden did not disappoint. It got us a Schengen visa appointment date for Germany very efficiently, something we were struggling to find ourselves. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Visa Warden comes 100% recommended by me!
My experience with Visa Warden was efficient, stress free and easy. All I did was put in my request and Visa Warden took over in getting me an appointment within a couple of days after my request. Suddenly all the pressure and stress of checking constantly for appointments was taken off my shoulders. 100% satisfied with their services, will definitely use them again and I would recommend to all my family and friends.

Found me an appointment the same day after I had been struggling to get myself one for months. Also cheaper compared to what I had been charged elsewhere.
